An excellent hospital for a regional center. There is a polyclinic, a dental clinic, and a pediatric department. There is a CT scan if necessary, the person is young, progressive, the guys are trying their best. She treated elderly parents. They helped. Thank you very much. The Hell on Earth branch has not visited this organization for many years, I go through all the doctors in paid clinics. But then a severe allergy started and I urgently needed to get to a dermatologist. I had no choice, so I had to call to get a ticket. The receptionist told me that she had made an appointment with a dermatologist and an appointment was in an hour. I'm busily packing, driving across town, spending money on a taxi. And then the woman at the reception says that there is NO such ticket. And THERE is NO dermatologist. And they recorded my ATTENTION to Laura))) in my opinion, a DERMATOLOGIST and an ENT specialist are not the most consonant doctors. The oncologist is always "on the binge" there, you can't get to him with moles. I don't understand how this CRH still functions and how these "specialists" are beating people there

I rarely write negative reviews, but I can't help myself here! Just a terrible attitude towards patients!!! Now my grandmother is undergoing treatment in the therapeutic department and there is just a disgusting attitude towards everything that is happening. Not only did the nurses puncture one of her arms, which is all blue, but they put a catheter in the other arm so that it is very difficult for her to serve herself (for example, to go to the toilet, change her T-shirt, etc.). You can't get any drugs from them. There is one answer to all questions - consult a doctor. And the doctor will come on his rounds and also can't really say anything (what diagnosis, what treatment, etc.). One doctor is on duty for all departments. How is that even possible? If you get sick at night, you can die while the doctor on duty comes to you ((( The clinic is also a mess all the time!!! Nothing changes from year to year. There are not enough specialists, there are always no coupons, you can't get through to the reception!!! It's just AWFUL!!!

my brother was in this hospital, when I came to visit him, a nurse came to us who just smelled of alcohol... she was a little shaky and didn't quite speak coherently, asked who I was as a patient, then she started insulting me and saying that I would never have a family and that I needed to be isolated from society because that since my brother is in the hospital, I don't keep track of his health and that I don't care about my relative at all. When I objected to her, she started snapping even more and switched to the mat, IN FRONT of a 9-year-old child.… it's just beyond comprehension, when I asked her last name to leave a complaint to the management, she replied, "none of your damn business, brat, you don't have to teach me life." I'm just shocked by the staff of the state institution, this is simply not adequate behavior and shows the health care institutions from the worst side.

I think comments are unnecessary here. There are already legends about the passage of commissions (driver's and workers'). Do you want a driver's license? Spend a week of your time and if you're LUCKY, you'll get it signed (unless some doctor decides to send you to an absolutely useless ultrasound (where the record is 1.5 months in advance) or to a cardiologist (I personally came across the fact that of the two cardiologists at the hospital, one was on vacation and the other on sick leave. the answer is at the reception desk - wait until the doctors come out. I've been waiting like this for 3 weeks...).

Despite the fact that I came to the appointment with an acute problem, the doctor gave the impression of an inattentive and indifferent specialist. He did not take enough time to clarify all the details of my condition, and the prescribed tests were done without proper justification. In addition, I was faced with a lack of necessary recommendations for further treatment, and as a result I had to seek help from another doctor. I hope that my case was an exception, but unfortunately I cannot recommend this specialist. Be careful when choosing a doctor!
