I called the Polish production in Kiev, they confirmed that it was more likely a marriage, that they could change the entire batch. I called the manager Evgeny, he said that it was possible to bring a change, although I warned that we did not have a receipt left, which I regretted. They brought it, and they told us that they did not have a buyer under that name and did not change it. It is not very pleasant that they bought a marriage, they were hopeful that they would change it, but they refused. Although we offered an exchange for another plaster, and were ready to pay extra. The buyer is not valued here! I do not advise anyone to buy anything here! Moreover, they did not publish my review on their website. There are only positive ones. Not honest guys!
