BOMO Suites is a great new beautiful hotel! The main advantages are the location and a large clean pool. The rooms in the photo seemed bigger, but there was still enough space.
Now about the cons:
- the price of the hotel depends on the number of people, although the room is the same and without food. I.e. my husband and I paid 2 times more for the room because we had two children with us (I repeat - there is no food, the room is the same) - it was very strange for us..
- Once we saw a giant cockroach beetle in the room, we barely got rid of it! The size of a palm! I don't know what it is or where it came from, but it was.
- There are no such things as salt, washing powder in the room (at least a couple of capsules; there is a washing machine) - living there, for example, for a week it is not profitable to buy such things in full, it would be possible to provide them there.
- Well, the main disadvantage for us is the story of our arrival - be careful! On 29.07 we booked through a travel agent, and he through the "Island!" this is a hotel, we indicated that we were 2 adults and children of 4 and 7 years old and another baby (10 months). The room has a double bed and a pull-out sofa, everything was fine with us, the booking confirmation came, the prepayment was 100%. 19.08 we had to move from another hotel in the neighboring city. And imagine our emotions when on 19.08 in the morning the travel agent wrote that they were not settling us, because we were 5 people, and a maximum of 4 is possible. They did not answer the question why they had not told and agreed on the reservation earlier.. How can I get my money back on the day of arrival without penalties? Where to look for a day-to-day room in a season? It would be nice if there were only adults.. where should we go with the children when we have already checked out at the first hotel? In general, we were very nervous! The island spread its hands, the hotel did not want to settle in any, but then our travel agent found some contacts, either the owner of the hotel, or some top management, and in a personal conversation tried to solve this problem. In a nutshell, they did not agree to settle in any way, despite the fact that the fifth baby and an extra bed were not needed, but then suddenly said 25 euros per day per child and so be it, live.. That's how suddenly we overpaid a greedy hotel! The rest, of course, was spoiled, but it's good that we only stayed at this hotel for 4 days! I think we were not specifically warned in advance so that we would not be able to find another hotel and would have to pay.. the ends of who is to blame and who agreed on the reservation are not to be found, everything has nothing to do with it! That's the story.
