I clearly look Uzbek but the waiters keep talking Russian despite that until I myself start talking Uzbek. It's so frustrating.. And when a waiter who clearly is ethnically Russian talks in Russian, I feel uncomfortable to refuse to speak Russian because I feel like I'm oppressing the minority. They've got to fix it. Not to mention that it took them about 1 minutes to come and take the order in the first place.

Come in here when you see a half-empty hall. When the landing is more than 50%, even simple orders are carried for half an hour or longer.

I bought one croissant with chocolate, I give the cashier 200,000 soums, I'm waiting for the change, the young man gives me 182,000 soums and tells me that 1000 soums will owe me, it turns out he doesn't have the change.
