The apartment hotel is on the 41st floor .View of Bayterek and Accord . I was on a business trip and stayed at this hotel.All documents for business trip registration are provided. Everything was within walking distance and office work was nearby and restaurants/cafes were all nearby. The airport is 15 minutes away, very good location and price. The staff are just great, responsive and nimble.

A cool hotel on the 41st floor, we were delighted, good big breakfasts and it is impossible to fall asleep without admiring the city from this height. If we come again, we will definitely stay here.

The place is very pleasant. In the very center of Astana. We stayed in a 2-room room with a kitchen. Everything is fine: the view from the window is magnificent, comfortable bed, polite staff, clean and beautiful. Nearby there is everything you need: a bunch of cafes, shops, a large shopping center with a cinema and VTB bank, where you can withdraw money from the mir card. It cost 13,000 tenge per day. The only thing I would like to pay attention to: a broken door in the shower, there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom in the morning and the air conditioner started clicking at night. I had to find a practical way to turn it off, which was not easy. The owner of these apartments has another one (we stayed in them too). They are called the Triumph of Astana. There is an amazing building and a gorgeous view from the balcony, which is located in the room. Overall, we are very happy with both options. We will definitely stay with you when we are in Astana!

Very nice hotel, we liked absolutely everything. Courtesy from the administration. The rooms are clean, the walls are not cardboard, the service is perfect. In general, we are very satisfied, now we are guests of this hotel.

An excellent modern hotel in the form of an apartment hotel. It is located in an apartment building in Astana (Kazakhstan) in the Northern Lights residential complex, one of the tallest buildings in the city, right in the very center of the left bank of the capital. The hotel reception office is located on the second floor immediately to the right of the stairs. There are many boutiques and grocery stores and cafes inside, you don't even have to go outside. The most magnificent view from the windows from a bird's-eye view. There is a lot to see around, located in close proximity to the most grandiose sights of the capital. There is a place to walk, there are many shopping and entertainment centers nearby.

View from the window of the 40th floor. The room is nice, but disposable bathrobes are not disposable. Half of the furniture is uncritical, but it is also beautiful (bed, wardrobe) the TV is not connected, there is no explanation. The window does not open. There is no air conditioner, there is a fan. The bathroom is fine. The kitchen has a microwave, kettle, refrigerator. Comfortable

When I was in August, the air conditioners in the building were not working, so this was the reason to change the hotel.
Well, as a hotel, these are large apartments divided into rooms. There is no common entrance and reception. Rather, it can be called apartments for rent.
In general, for their price and location, for many, the rest will become a trifle.

I do not recommend contacting you. We booked a room at the booking office from 13.08 to 16.08. Upon arrival, they called the reception, where they tried to make fools of us and claimed that we had a check-in from 15.08. After our call, the reservation was canceled, allegedly we did not arrive.

Of the advantages: clean, good view of the city from the window, you can set the temperature in the room yourself.
Among the disadvantages: a long ride / wait for the elevator, oddities with the water supply in the tower, the bed is not in the best condition, there are only a couple of towels for two (1 large and 1 small), soap / shampoo / shower gel also only for 1 time, lack of a hygiene kit and slippers.
