We've been to Bongiorno a couple of times. A comfortable atmosphere, sofas, clean tables, and the TV series "Kitchen" is playing on the wall, which lifts the mood. Music is playing softly, which does not interfere with the conversation. The staff is young and responsive, and you don't have to wait for them. As soon as we sat down, a young man came up with a menu. He is well-versed in the menu, described everything. The dishes are served well and appetizingly decorated. There are 2 menus, a lunch menu with affordable prices and a restaurant menu with a wide range of dishes such as pizza, main dishes, side dishes, desserts and drinks, as well as their descriptions. My daughter really liked the mushroom cream soup, which was served with warm lavash. I like Thai meat with bulgur and vegetables.

Nothing unusual, but the place is still nice, I was passing through, I stopped by to eat.

I ordered tomato soup, it's just a bomb.
Both the burger patty and the sauce are normal, but the bun is very fried (it scratches a lot, and in general it was inconvenient to bite it)
Cold vegetables made the whole burger cold :(
I liked the menu, the food is delicious too

We ordered two takeaway soups, a pickle and a leek cream soup. We arrived home, sat down to dinner and were horrified. The leek cream soup was just porridge, I just had a spoon there (it's not the first time we order cream soups, we know what the consistency should look like). Okay, it doesn't happen to anyone. But after tasting it, I realized that it was impossible to eat it. It's greasy, and there's so much cream that you can't taste anything else. After the second spoonful, everything was fine. We decided to call and clarify the problem. The administrator went to the cook and told him that everything was done according to those maps, such a consistency should be. Nothing was commented on the taste qualities . No settlement of the issue was proposed. It was 9 p.m., and it was too late to get up. I'll drop off this porridge tomorrow and write them a great review in the suggestion book. Thank you for a delicious dinner!

Today we were at this pizzeria for lunch. A room with an interesting interior, comfortable sofas, beautiful dishes. A pleasant smell from pizzas cooking right in front of the visitors. The waiters are polite, the guys cook pizzas quickly and in a good mood) We ordered a bongiorno pizza, it's certainly delicious! The salad and grilled vegetables were not cooked for long, and it was also very tasty. Plus a milk chocolate cocktail. Everything is delicious and delicious. We liked it!!! And I repeat, I do not advise anyone to order family-sized pizzas there. There is a lot of dough, even if it is not fluffy, there is little filling.

I ordered a beer, they brought it to me in a dirty glass, well, I thought everything happens, we didn't finish it, I asked to replace the waiter, he said okay.
Then it's more fun, the waiter took the glass to the bar, and the bartender (the girl) took it and poured it from a dirty glass into clean ones (right in front of my eyes) without replacing the beer

We were a company of six people. Unfortunately, the serving of the dishes turned out to be uneven: the first guest was served after 10 minutes, and the last — only after 30 minutes. I think it would be useful to ask the guests how they prefer to serve — when ready or all at once. It is unpleasant to watch when someone eats, and the rest have to wait.
We would also like guests to be asked about the time of serving drinks, especially such as coffee and cocoa, before or with the meal.
As for the kitchen, the food was delicious, there are no complaints. Thank you very much!

The plates are scratched, it's time to change them long ago. I wish you success and development!
In general, it's probably good to drink beer. But I would like something more natural on the menu without tons of oil and flavors in the tea. A greater variety of desserts and pastries. This is a personal wish, I understand that the pizzeria is not designed for such an audience

08/31/2022 we came in a good mood to have dinner. We were surprised by the quality of staff service. The order was waited for 30 minutes, despite the fact that we were alone in the establishment. Usually everything was ready within 15 minutes.
At 10.15 pm, the waitress came up to us and said that we had to pay off and warned that they would close in 15 minutes. When asked why, if they work until 23.00, she replied that it was necessary to count the cash register, clean, etc. It
was unpleasant to hear about it, since such incidents had not happened before. They always came up 10 minutes before closing time, warned us, tactfully asked us to close the account and at 23.00 we left in a good mood.
There was an unpleasant aftertaste from the service. Unfortunately, we didn't remember the waitress's name.

Service 4iz5 is basically fine, but sometimes the appliances will be forgotten, then bread will not be offered for soup. I have complaints only about the lunch menu. If I go in so unsuccessfully, then they really don't get hung up on dinners there. Mashed potatoes are not mashed potatoes, but coarsely crushed tasteless potatoes, dry cutlets, water porridges. They look like hospital dinners.
