I was at your point in the early days. I wanted to try a mousse cake. The sales consultant introduced herself as Daria, told about each cake and suggested trying to start with a chocolate Noir. It really was one of the most delicious cakes I've ever eaten. Very good staff, now for mousse cakes only to you 🤗🤗🤗

A huge question for the service.
Background: 10 days ago, I made a pre-order for a cake to know for sure that on a certain day I would arrive and pick up my order. But what was my surprise when yesterday I came to pick up my order, and they tell me that it was sold. They just took it and sold it. An order for a certain person was sold to another person. For example, I can't get it into my head. The 2 girls working there did not even apologize, did not try to explain the situation, why and how it happened. All I got was a look of "It's my own fault" and the phrase "Well, come back tomorrow."
Today I came back for my order. Fortunately, I was able to pick him up. I even reminded the same girls about yesterday's situation, but again I did not receive an apology. The only thing on their faces is "I hate you and all the people around you."
I understand that working in the service is not always pleasant and that people come across those who spoil the mood for the next few days, but what have other customers done to you who treat you adequately? Do they deserve such a service?
Unfortunately, I will no longer place orders at this place.

I like the choice of pasta and sweets, there are ready-made sets and you can assemble yourself from your favorite flavors. My favorites are macaroni with melon and raspberry, from sweets - currant. Prices for such desserts are rather average, sweets go by weight, pasta - per piece.
The impression is spoiled only by an unfriendly sales girl (perhaps there are several of them, but I always come across the same one). It feels like the customers are only bothering her.
