I came across it for the first time, although we have been for a sooo long time, and maybe we will))) their clients. In general, I ordered a set for Rogachevskaya pickup. I received a text message about readiness. I come to the pick-up point, and they tell me that there is no such order. A glitch on the site, that was the explanation of the situation. I am extremely unhappy, the evening is so-so, the family is hungry - these are the impressions and emotions left by this desk. So be prepared for the fact that you may have an evening, a romantic, a date, etc. And the quality of the rolls began to decline. It all depends on the workers who spin them. But they change there sooo often, constantly new. This is probably about something. We will look for an alternative. Although these are the first delicious rolls in Gomel, most likely there have already been rolls, to which we constantly returned after purchasing similar ones in other locations. The management should not count the money, but think at least a little bit about improving the quality and sanitary conditions of production.

I've always ordered Bonsai sushi, but now I'm going to look for other manufacturers. There was a very negative aftertaste. It all started with the fact that the dispatcher has a slurred and incomprehensible speech, which had to be repeated two or three times. And it ended up not tasty and with an incomplete order that did not match the description. Sushi turned out to be almost without filling, there was only rice. We ordered the Sakura set. And plus, in order to save money, we ordered sushi by pickup, but the price was calculated for us as if we ordered home delivery. When I asked why the price is the same as for home delivery, I was told that I did not give the code word. Although the dispatchers used to ask him themselves. In general, today there is one negative.... I will not order more there and I do not advise anyone! And I recommend dispatchers to take minimal diction courses!

The same problem with delivery! They will give you a certificate for being late, at least in a pack, but have you seen sushi "for being late"? We wouldn't be embarrassed anymore. How many times did I order, we waited an hour, and the certificate was given, we used the certificate a couple of times, then they just didn't take it, or they threw it away.

The administrator assured that they would be here, and they waited for this time. There is no rice in sushi, tasteless, baked, swollen, in liquid from below. Of course, thanks for the extra roll for the next order from 20 rubles for waiting, but with such a taste of sushi, we will probably refuse. Of course, for the objectivity of the assessment, I put 2 stars due to the fact that if you have never tried normal sushi before, then in principle it is normal.

Working with clients is terrible. When ordering with delivery, the pickup was somehow set by the service. When reporting this in a rough form, it was suggested to drive 5 km in order to pick up the rolls that had already been standing for an hour. No one in this office was confused by the fact that they had a pickup order for an hour and a half. When contacting the administration and providing screenshots of the fact that it was the delivery and not the pickup, a refusal was received. I hope it was delicious for the staff.

The waiting time is average. As a rule, it is not crowded. The staff is friendly. I didn't have a chance to visit the institution itself, but sushi and rolls are probably the best in Gomel (perhaps not everyone has tried it yet). My son and I order only from them, always fresh, proportions are observed (rice + filling), no amateur activities and improvisations, as some like to combine incompatible things for weight. My son is so picky, everything is fine here. And there were never any complaints from the guests. The delivery is prompt, only a couple of times there was a delay of about five minutes (to be honest, we did not pay attention), for which we were given discount coupons for the next order. It was a pleasure. There are plans to visit this institution!
