This assessment does not apply to a specific bonsai, it applies to bonsai delivery.
One of the worst value-for-money deliveries I've ever tried. Firstly, the sauces are bought for a fee, although in normal deliveries they are free, and secondly, 70 rubles for 1200 is a lot, for such a price the expectations are much higher. The rolls are not juicy, it is impossible to eat without drinking, I did not find a tomato, although it was in the composition, the fish is not salted at all, there is a lot of daikon. It was delivered on time, and I waited an hour and a half. I'm upset, it was definitely my first and last order here.

The dinner was simply delicious! With each dish, there was a feeling that the chef had put his soul into it. I especially remember the pizza – the perfect dough and the combination of ingredients. Without a doubt, Bonsai is now on my list of the best places to order food at home!

We ordered sushi for pickup and were very unpleasantly surprised. All the sushi, and we ordered quite a few of them, by the way, had hard undercooked rice, they all fell apart, including baked ones, it was simply impossible to eat them. As a result, dinner and the mood are ruined. The money was wasted. Prices have increased, but the quality has deteriorated. It's a pity, because we used to order sushi there all the time and there were no such problems, but now it looks like we'll have to look for another place.…

The delivery is amazing, the order was delivered to us after 3 and a half hours. Not once did the administrator contact and warn that the order was delayed. Three hours later, the courier called and said that they were still preparing and we waited for almost half an hour more.Ordered sushi in
20:09, they were brought to us at 23:40, some rolls had nothing inside except rice.
Philadelphia was pieced together.
Baked (and not all of them) we saved the situation as best we could, it was impossible to eat ordinary sushi, the taste of the place sucks and this is to put it mildly.

I decided to try Bonsai sushi in Gomel, and was pleasantly surprised. I would like to note the fast delivery – barely half an hour has passed since the order, as the sushi was already waiting for me at the door. The rice is fresh, the guys obviously don't have any quality problems!

We wanted to order sushi for lunch... We made it out on our own on the website.
After an hour of waiting, we decided to see what happened to the order: the site did not update the status of the order, it was in processing... we called to clarify what is with our order, whether to wait for delivery or not ...
A very rude operator-the girl muttered that * your order is being prepared and in general an SMS came, so it was accepted, wait ... "
After looking at the clock, they began to doubt that lunch would take place today and decided that it was better to cancel the order (they condemned for 2 minutes) I call again and say that we can't wait another hour for sure, cancel the order. The answer killed me, she says in the same rude voice, "I'll blacklist you, your sushi is ready...."
The guys have never gotten food so quickly from the status of "preparing" to "awaiting delivery".
In fact, the food arrived late, it was not possible to eat properly, it was not tasty, the mood was spoiled for the whole day.

Philadelphia rolls - with huge chunks of cucumbers, they could have wrapped them whole already, what's there)
In general, the price does not match the quality!!!

The delivery is disgusting! When ordering, we were told a certain time, based on which we planned our evening. The order was not ready by the specified time. When talking to the operator, we were told that we should wait another 10-15 minutes. However, even 30 minutes later, the order was not ready either. The operator again asked to give 10-15 minutes. After another 40 minutes of waiting, we were informed that the order was still not ready, we need to wait about 15 minutes!!! We didn't have the opportunity to wait and endure all this anymore!! It would be great if Bonsai employees learned to respect their customers and tell them the REAL time when the order is ready!!!!!!

The rolls were just a nightmare, the weight of the fish from one kind is 3.5 grams along with the sauce))) We also ordered the sauce, the bottom was barely covered in the jar-very little... in general, IT's TERRIBLE!!!
