Cafe-bar "Plateau" right at the Borjomi cable car station. The friendly hostess, Irina, greets the guests herself, accepts orders and cooks. The cafe has several halls: an outdoor area, two small internal halls, including a winter hall with a fireplace. The interior is restrained and austere. In the winter hall, a homely atmosphere. There is an upper outdoor area, but it is under renovation. There is a shared toilet for both the cafe-bar and the cable car. For the guests of the cafe-bar, the use of the toilet is free, for others - 2 GEL (about 66 ₽). There are two improvised steps less than 12 cm high at the entrance to the cafe. Next is the threshold-free zone. A staircase with steps up to 15 cm with one-sided handrails leads to the toilet.
The terrace offers an excellent view of Borjomi. The hostess prepares lemonade herself (very tasty, not too sweet), apple-pear dessert, just a bomb (surprisingly airy and delicious)!
I took cucumber and tomato salad with walnut sauce for about 500rubles, kharcho soup 720rubles, spicy beef goulash 1150rubles (right out of the heat from the heat, already boiling). It's very tasty with a flatbread. I liked everything very much.

A very pleasant place. The restaurant is located at the top station of the funicular, so it offers beautiful views of the gorge, the surrounding mountains, and Borjomi itself.
There is an outdoor terrace upstairs, and an indoor hall with a real fireplace! We ran in here to hide from the rain, but the rain didn't stop, and we stayed late. A fireplace was lit for us, we sat at a table by the fireplace, looked at the rain outside the windows, drank wine. Everything we ordered was very tasty. Portions are traditionally large for Georgia. Irina served us - kind, pleasant, ready to help with the choice, answer questions about the menu, advise.
The prices are perhaps slightly above average, but given the delicious food, good service and beautiful views, they are justified. The restaurant is worth a visit!

A great cafe right at the top of the cable car station. The hospitable employees were most delighted with the friendly attitude of the staff. Delicious food, pastries, chacha. It's not cheap, but they didn't regret it at all. I recommend.
