I called them on 11/15/2024, asked if the oil and filters were being replaced in VW and if they were ready to do it on 11/17/2024 - they replied come on 11/17/2024 at 9.15, at a cost of 40p. As a result, I came for a while - they tell me you are not registered. I tell them how it is, to which they answer me, show me on the phone that they called. And I deleted their number immediately because it was unnecessary - I called too many hundred that day. As a result of the showdown with the question of whether I called them or not, I said that I had not yet met such a service and asked how long it would take them to change the oil. The answer is 1 -1.5 hours (I didn't see any clients at the moment, but there were already three managers). Bottom line - I told them all the best! Avoid this kind of service. As a matter of principle, you can take a printout of my calls from the operator and come poke them in the face, but it makes sense if they basically don't care

I asked about the diagnosis of the Peugeot car, because I used to be serviced there repeatedly! But now ...
they called and said that it was necessary to change the relay and the range, they offered to do it immediately for 700 rubles and without taking into account the range, it is still + 400 rubles!
I refused, they gave me a bill for the diagnosis of 140 rubles, writing out Certificates with almost 2 hours of work, by the way, it was always 35-40 rubles.
I had to pay, although I understood that the amount was taken from the "ceiling" and went to the Peugeot service. As a result of the inspection, they gave a conclusion: "There is no need to change the lamp band, just replace the relay and that's it. They also did everything in 30 minutes and 160 rubles along with spare parts (feel the difference).
The next day I called the service and expressed my claim, they assured me: "We'll give you the money, come back on Monday." Colleagues heard the conversation, because they were talking on speakerphone.
I came to them, as agreed, but as it turned out, they changed their mind and said they would not give anything, because the Act was signed by me, and they did the work for almost 2 hours! At the same time, they refused to provide both an Order order and to show video from CCTV cameras and a diagnostic report, which contains the time of the work.
I wrote a complaint to the book of comments and suggestions, requested documents and ordered an outfit, they didn't give me anything, but they sent me in a crowd "to complain where we want"!
I do not recommend these service stations, avoid it!
Terrible service, employees and it looks like the owners, but by the way, when they were under the banner of "Bosch service" they were adequate and polite.
They breed for spare parts, misinform in order to sell their spare parts, even which do not need to be changed, well, rudeness when the customer pays attention to it.

Due to the urgency, I was "lucky" to contact this service. There were questions about the electrical wiring. I came with an EXACT request for what exactly needs to be done (breakage of the negative wire from the relay to the ECU) By the way, everything is under the hood and the braid is 40 centimeters!!! Their "urgency" came out to me in two days of downtime (bus worker) The amount came out to 823 rubles! So they didn't even replace the wire for this money!!!! And they made a twist!!!!!!!! A twist!!!!!! And they also drove 3 rubles into this amount for duct tape!!! This is already the edge!!! A partial disassembly of the interior was driven in (ECU and fuse box under the hood) Troubleshooting, although everything was clearly and clearly stated in words and described in the messages! Computer diagnostics, although there were no errors and no complaints either. By the way, the fuse box is held on two bolts and it costs 36 rubles to unscrew it!!! In general, I am in wild shock from all this. I urgently needed a car because of work. If you have a lot of time and money, come here!!! But seriously, I don't set foot in this service anymore. Two lost days at work, eight hundred rubles of money for twisting one wire!)))

A complete disappointment. I didn't think that the usual mediocre service station was hiding under the Bosch sign. I call them "wrenches". This is when you need to unscrew something and screw something down without straining your brain too much. But here's the question - why would they overpay then? Such work can be entrusted to any workshop, fortunately, there is plenty to choose from.
If you need a malfunction diagnosis, then it's better not to go here, because they will offer to change everything by exclusion, pumping out money, which happened to me. I was smart enough to jump off in time.
So that the representative does not go over the ears in response, I will post the situation in advance, and let people think whether to go here or not.
The malfunction is floating - it does not start well. It was necessary to spend time to find it - they did not spend it. Without (WITHOUT!) approval, they cleaned the flap, billed 60+ rubles and gave the car back with the words: "we think everything will be OK, otherwise bring it back." I was immediately confused that the repair did not correspond to the malfunction, but is it possible to challenge the decision of Bosch professionals? Of course I'm back. I have a lot of free time.
The second time he persistently explained what needs to be done to find a floating fault - to waste time. And they still didn't spend it, they offered repairs for 300 rubles with a tail without a guarantee that it would help. I ask how they diagnosed it and it turns out that they just poked a "monometer" into the fuel line, measured the pressure and it was normal. So why do you offer me repairs without warranty, why didn't you measure them at the moment of bad winding? Yes, it takes time, but that's why I went to Bosch, and not to any other service station. They answer: "well, we think it will help, but we couldn't catch the moment of a bad winding with the tool, but without it, yes, we did." They're thinking!!! They don't know, but they think. I ask, "and if it doesn't help, will you reimburse the wasted funds?" No, they say: "we don't work for free." And in their opinion, I have to pay for their mistakes with my own money. Very logical. So think about it.
