When we visit Sukhum, we stay only here. Everything is clean, modern, very convenient location of the hotel, delicious breakfasts with excellent service. There is a private generator for power outages. The staff and owners of the hotel are very attentive and courteous. I recommend this particular hotel to all my friends.

A lovely, beautiful hotel with a convenient location. There are many cafes and shops nearby, good Internet connection. Wonderful staff. The rooms are clean, well renovated. From December 28 to January 2, we had a rest at the Amra Hotel in Sukhum. It is located in the central part of the capital of Abkhazia. we stayed twice: good bed linen, slippers/bathrobes/water - the room has everything you need. quiet at night, helpful staff. the hotel has a real gallery — a lot of paintings, and in general the space is well planned, everything is new, it is very pleasant to live here.

I liked the hotel, it is stylish and cozy inside, beautiful common areas, there is a place to sit, a picturesque terrace.
We lived on the 2nd floor in a standard room with a view of someone else's balcony. But the windows were closed, it didn't bother.
A good mattress, good linen, it was comfortable. The back was satisfied.
A sane bathroom with working plumbing.
We were at the end of January. The battery is in the room, we slept with it and it was warm.
A very generous and hearty breakfast of items to choose from, thank you very much.
I made a discount for my birthday. Thanks also.
I was especially impressed by the paintings, a very talented artist, I really liked the painting in the room, I wanted to take it with me. We can say that we have joined modern art. Good luck to the artist in his work.

A luxury hotel. We had a rest here when we were in Sukhum at the beginning of the summer, we really liked everything. Comfortable rooms, with new furniture and comfortable mattresses, everything is perfectly clean, as I like it. The view from the balcony was simply amazing. We lived for a week, only a positive impression remained. Recommend.

A beautiful area near the park, the sea is also easy to reach. A historic building, monumental, very beautiful. The rooms are in perfect condition. The staff is well-trained, the level of service is quite European. Breakfast is not included in the price, it can be paid separately. We paid for it. There are many dishes, very tasty and generous.

We chose only from the central ones, not far from the sea and only from hotels. The choice fell on the Amra Boutique Hotel for its cordiality, hospitality, warmth, customer orientation, and homely atmosphere. All the hotel staff are great, great fellows! A small hotel, located in the center in an old building on a quiet street. The sea is 5 minutes away. Next to the hotel there is a beautiful Verona beauty salon, there are small grocery stores in case you need to buy the most necessary things, a 24-hour pharmacy. The rooms are all insanely spacious with high ceilings, windows and a massive front door!! The windows overlook the street. There is a small balcony. The rooms are cleaned every day. But the most important thing is their breakfasts, which are included in the room rate. Oatmeal porridge made with milk, jams, eggs, sliced from 3 varieties of cheese, sliced from 3 varieties of sausage, vegetable slicing (tomatoes, cucumbers, greens), fruit slicing (apples, pears, kiwis, bananas), fresh pastries, coffee, tea to choose from. You will definitely not stay hungry. You need to be prepared right away that electricity is cut off in Abkhazia several times every day. Therefore, it is preferable to stay only in hotels where there are power generators that will provide energy for the most necessary things - water and a small light.

We had a family vacation for a week in mid-September. We lived in a family 3-bed room. The impressions are different. The main thing (no offense, dear hotel administration) is, of course, not a boutique once. M b only by local standards. Of the "chips", only the paintings in the corridors and rooms fit the definition of a hotel. About the rest. 1. The room is large, high ceiling, separate sleeping place on the second floor, quiet, well equipped, no frills, but everything was necessary. Good wide beds, normal mattresses, pillows, bed linen. Not all sockets and lamps worked, but it didn't bother. The TV was not turned on. The Wi-Fi is fast. There is a small balcony where you can sit in the morning/evening with a cup of tea. In the evening, they left the door ajar, but sometimes mosquitoes flew in! There is a comfortable sofa and a table for gatherings and tea ceremonies)). There is a small kettle in the room. Tea and water supplies are not replenished. The bathtub is in the bathroom. The bathroom renovation is sloppy. 2. Location on a fairly quiet street. Very close by is the burnt-out building of the Supreme Council. Cars after 1 night were no longer in the way. Before that, if you're lucky)). Walk slowly down the street for 10 minutes and you come out to the Seaport and the embankment. 3. Breakfast is served on the terrace of the 4th floor. It is monotonous, the menu is the same, but satisfying, quite a lot and delicious everything that is cooked (porridge, scrambled eggs, pancakes). Vegetables and fruits - in different ways, there were also rubber ones, as if from a supermarket. but! all the disadvantages are compensated by the beautiful panoramic views of Sukhum! 4. Miscellaneous. We paid for the room with a card. Comfortable. The iron and ironing board are on the floor. Employees: some were willing to help, smiled, and were sincere. Some do the opposite: you approach the counter and wait for the lady to deign to look up from the phone. I'm not even talking about getting up!))
That was bad
1. In the bathroom we had an interesting engineering solution: a slope along the wall, along which water flows from the shower to the floor next to the door! Because of this, water was constantly removed from the floor after each shower. But there was so much of it that it was constantly damp.
2. The iron on the 2nd floor (sole) is dirty. I was clinging to clothes.
3. We did not wait or ask for towels to be changed every day, we are absolutely for the environment, but when the towel really needed to be replaced, we put it on the floor in the morning, and in the evening it greeted us joyfully in the same place! Unpleasant. The garbage, yes, was taken out daily, the dust was wiped, the bed linen was changed after 3 days, but the room was not cleaned daily. In general, I can recommend it.

When we were vacationing in Sukhum, we stayed here. We booked a family room, it suited us perfectly. The living conditions are excellent, the room is equipped with everything necessary, it is cleaned every day. The staff is polite, it was a pleasure to communicate. The vacation passed quickly, we got a lot of pleasant impressions.

I didn't want to leave. I liked everything very much. During the off-season, it was completely inhabited. That says a lot. A luxury hotel in the center of Sukhum, in a historical building with high ceilings. A 14-course breakfast. Own diesel generator. When electricity was cut off all over the city, which is not uncommon, the hotel started its own generator.

A new and clean hotel. That was the main thing for me. The room has everything you need, the paintings of the artist from Abkhazia are all over the hotel, it was beautiful and pleasant to look at)
We liked them very much, we had to choose from the menu in advance, no one limited the number, I didn't have time to take a picture)
My son ordered pancakes, they brought a portion of 4 huge pancakes, two types of homemade jam (cherry and tangerine) are very tasty! And a portion of jam was enough for three of us) scrambled eggs are fried eggs of three )the most important thing is that breakfast was on the terrace on the third floor, open, overlooking the city) it is very beautiful!

Only the Mosquito nets were missing, there are a lot of mosquitoes.

All the employees are very pleasant and friendly, very friendly.
The location is very convenient. There is everything you need nearby (various shops and pharmacies, cafes and restaurants). There is an embankment and a beach area nearby. Within walking distance (across the street) there is a bus stop, trolleybuses (5 rubles per person) and minibuses run frequently (it is better not to use taxi services).
And most importantly, people. They are very friendly and welcoming, without any pretense or bombast.

Very nice hotel in the center of the city of Sukhumi. In a straight line to the embankment 7-10 minutes on foot. The room has a kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer, everything is as it should be. Delicious breakfasts, oatmeal porridge - above all praise! The girls in the kitchen went to a meeting and cooked breakfast before the opening, as there was an early departure. A cozy and beautiful hotel in the city center. Paintings on the walls. A gorgeous veranda for breakfast. We used it to read books and just sit with a view of the city. The breakfasts are very plentiful and delicious. A beautiful pitch. We had a view from the window of Freedom Square. It was something to think about. Polite and friendly staff. The room has everything you need. They even gave out beach towels. The beach is not far from the hotel.
I wish the hotel to prosper and delight the guests of the city.

The hotel is modern and stylish in design. The location is ideal, as the hotel is located in the city center. The central embankment is 5 minutes away at a leisurely pace.

A great little hotel.
Of the advantages:
- the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!! There are large and small pillows - which one is more comfortable, the blankets are light but warm, the bed linen is white. In the morning, we couldn't tear ourselves away from the pillow, because this is real bliss.
- excellent breakfast included in the price. In the evening, you mark what you want for breakfast, come to the veranda on the 4th floor in the morning and voila - your whole order is waiting for you on the table. Very nice women cooks, they worry that everything is delicious and enough for you, you definitely won't leave them hungry))
Of the cons:
- there is no fenced parking. The street is narrow and crowded with cars, the traffic on it is quite active, so someone else immediately takes the place of the car that left. We were out of season and parked at a nearby building, in season, I think it's difficult with this.

We stayed overnight in a family room. Nice spacious room, kettle, TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, everything is there. A large bed with a good non-sagging mattress, soft pillows, light blankets. A delicious hearty breakfast that you can choose from the list. There is a beautiful terrace on the floor where breakfast takes place, where you can enjoy your morning meal in good weather.
But, there is one thing, but maybe it was only in our room 24 🤷♀️ there was some kind of smell not very pleasant in the toilet room. After you took a shower, it got stronger, the smell of sewage. I hope it's just us who are so "lucky" . In general, the hotel is good.

I really liked the hotel. Beautiful, clean rooms, very polite and friendly staff, attentive. All common areas are very beautifully decorated. Delicious breakfasts that can be agreed in advance both on time and on the menu. When the lights are turned off in the whole city, the generator is running and there is both light and water. True, there is no electricity at this time, but it did not bother us. Good location, in the center and easy to walk to the waterfront. A friend had a birthday on these dates, but we did not inform the reception about it. They noticed it themselves, apparently, when they entered the documents in the reservation, and brought champagne to her room. In general, everything is very pleasant. We had a rest at the end of December 2021

It's a great place. We are from St. Petersburg, we have seen a lot. It's wonderful here. The staff is polite, kind and courteous. Give me a corkscrew, give me tea, call me, write it down... etc . I will do everything for you "from the bottom of my heart." The rooms are clean, we went in 1 time there was no smell of dampness or socks or smoking... It smelled of scented candles. There is a blackboard and an iron in the hallway next to the room. The rooms are large, the ceiling is 6 meters, the plumbing is working and in excellent condition. The TV is only 4 channels -) but you won't need them here. Breakfasts to choose from and pancakes and scrambled eggs, and cheese and sausage and olives, and cottage cheese, etc. etc. in general, in the morning you will be 100% full. Result. I definitely recommend it. The hotel is great, the people are wonderful!

A very good hotel for Sukhum. Excellent location. I was impressed by the ceiling height.
Excellent breakfasts on the outdoor terrace and friendly women who prepare it.
There were no problems with parking at the hotel, we were in July.
Shower gel, shampoo and paste are better to take your own, because what they give out is of below average quality. Of the daily cleaning, only the garbage was taken out and the bathroom floor was wiped every other time.
