5* for not accepting parcels for shipment to the Russian Federation, but for sending them to competitors in SDEK 🤣🤣🤣 I asked my mother to send a small box to Moscow, the staff (European Post) said that I should place an order on the website myself and pay in Russian rubles. The question then is why do you specify in your services the possibility of sending to the Russian Federation? Oh, yes, they also said that mom herself should take care of the package of the parcel, since they have nothing for it. Boxberry- why are you in Belarus if you only work on issuing orders, but not on receiving shipments.
