I liked the mail, until the moment when the last two parcels arrived opened, torn or cut so that all the contents just fell out. The children's book turned out to be crumpled and torn, the good clothes were smeared, the second package was still packed inside, but the contents still fell out. What's going on with the packages there? Figure it out, I'll write complaints next time, it's terribly simple
