The store is compact. Everything is there. But after it became a HIPPO chain store, one significant problem appeared for many - queues to the dairy department!!!!! And this is due to the lack of open cash registers. In the evening (when many people go to the store after work - there is one cash register that accepts cash), this is of course a horror!!!! I wrote a letter in the book of complaints and suggestions .......but the situation is not changing. Alas, the impression of the former Brest is spoiled.......previously, when there was SANTA, there were no such questions!

The store sucks completely, at one time Brest was one of the 5 best stores. But lately, after the reorientation to the Hippo network, everything has become very, very bad. The main problem is the queue at the ticket offices... Self-service ticket offices are available, but the traffic is extremely low... Cash desks, especially during rush hour, operate a maximum of 2.... At the same time, the service is mainly by bank transfer... If there are cashless cash desks, then my opinion is that there are restrictions on cash cards... Or expanding the capabilities of self-service ticket offices. It's about the payment.. There are advantages in product quality., especially beef in a vacuum, written neck or something else of a higher class, and when unpacking the house it turns out to be a banal plank. It's a shame. Regarding service issues, the question remains open, it seems that the buyer is just second class, the attitude of the cashiers and the administration is just seams. I hope that I will be heard. Lately, I've been going to the store only if on the way, it's better to go to the Kurgan, or nearby shops

A perfectly balanced store, with a wide variety of products. Self-service ticket offices have appeared relatively recently, there is also a pharmacy and Dodo pizza in the building
