The only warm swimming pool in the city. Large comfortable gym (prices are normal). Fitness room, sauna, cafe (delicious food), hotel. And the channel itself. By the way, you can run around it, ride a bike or roller skates. Only 5km ;)

Very nice pool. Warm, lots of swimming gear. I won't put a minus, but the load has been very high lately. But that's because of the popularity.
