On December 30th, today, to get a ticket to the therapist, I spent 45 minutes waiting on the phone line. But she took it anyway. I got sick, had a bad cough, sore throat, pus coming out in green lumps, had a fever three times, but not high.So I came to Malia's office, I tell her my symptoms, she began to measure her temperature, blood pressure, listen, and look at her throat. As a result, they gave me tests, she prescribed to me what she was being treated with. The diagnosis was written by ARV of the Upper respiratory tract. They didn't give me sick leave, saying you're still able to work..It's a disgusting attitude. I get sick very rarely, but then of course I'm blown away. No, I've never seen anything like this before. I'm healthy, I can't infect anyone with my cough. I work with people, and I talk to them all day long (so you can understand). Honestly, the attitude towards patients is at the lowest level.

Getting an appointment with a local doctor is a problem, you need to get a ticket at least two weeks in advance. They don't give it on the Internet. Every time the same thing pops up, call the reception desk. And you'll get an appointment so well if the pressure is measured. It's a disgrace.

I wanted to get a ticket to the therapist 2 months ago, in the evening there are no coupons for a week in advance, in the morning there are no coupons for two weeks in advance. I've been waiting in line without a ticket and waiting for an appointment, but I've already recovered and I don't want to go there anymore. People go by coupons and there's still a queue just to ask, sometimes 3 people come in to ask what's wasting the doctor's time, there's no normal organization of coupons, people in the queue who are sneakier will come in earlier.

The commission is generally a quest, you will never complete it in one day. Eternal queues at the reception, half an hour is a minimum, I have not seen such a mess in any clinic in Brest. The card was lost. I usually get through on the phone for half a day. Updated in August 2024: a blonde even more boorish sits at the checkout in paid services, who also mocks people. When I asked about the ultrasound coupon, she said that everything was sorted out, and there was so much joy on her face and in her voice.., when asked how much a specific ultrasound costs, she sent it to the price list, called the service number, there was an amount of about 170 rubles. On the phone, she then gives other information that it costs about 30 rubles. And I didn't want to say it when I was standing at the cash register, apparently on purpose.

Some nonsense with doctors, they only accept coupons, then everyone in a row, and if you are on sick leave and your doctor is ill, then you will have to run around the floors to get to the appointment. There are always crowds of people to therapists, as soon as you stand for 2 hours, you don't want to get help anymore.... Somehow it so happened that there are not enough hangers with numbers for everyone in the wardrobe, you also need to stand in line there. I had no complaints about stuffiness, ringing, hearing loss, autophony, otalgia. The tooth stopped hurting the next day, but I took the ticket. At the reception, the nurse washed her healthy ear warm! with a solution, the doctor wrote down complaints of ear congestion in the card. The ENT doctor does not hear me and does not feel the difference between complaints of a lumbago in the ear and a feeling of congestion. Let's move on. In the office of the surgeon Krypa Yu. V. the surgeon was absent for some unknown reason. The nurse!!! She busily asked if I had any complaints and, upon hearing a negative answer, gave the go-ahead and stamped it. There is a feeling of absolute chaos and lack of control in the clinic. My quest continues.

I took two stars for queues , from 7:30 in the morning until 14 o'clock , queues are such that not everyone can stand , sometimes even in vain , perhaps the electronic system will facilitate the work and quality of service, doctors work decently, although within 10 minutes per person I think this is an understatement.
