A great place to relax in the city center behind the Lenin Library.A very cozy place, with beautiful, calm music.Very tasty dishes, aesthetic presentation, a nice waiter, a very nice guy, congratulated on his birthday and presented a cake as a gift, Brownies on the bill of the establishment.It was very nice for such attention and very tasty! Comfort reigns here, it feels like the management and staff are trying very hard.Beautiful appliances, especially plates, I don't know, but maybe Italian, because I know a little about dishes. We are from Moscow and we are very glad that there is such a wonderful institution in Vitebsk.A worthy visit! And I also liked the paintings hanging on the wall! Thanks to everyone who works at this place, especially the cook.Now about the prices -they are the same as everywhere else -average in the city.Restaurant food is not homemade, but something exquisite, it's hard to surprise us, but we were surprised, in a good way! Highly recommend it! It is located in the very center of Vitebsk! It's a very cozy and atmospheric place! There are such photo zones, wow!!!! How beautiful and soulful it is there! Were with my husband on my DR there! Saturday, late evening! There are almost no people! They have several halls, we were alone in one hall! The food is served quickly! The entire menu is copyrighted! Everyone will tell you about the dishes! Beautiful, sweet and delicious!

Each dish consists of different flavors and textures. You can try it separately first: sometimes it's super tasty, sometimes it's weird. but! When you try everything together, your brain is just in shock, like in Ratatouille, when Remy told his brother about the combinations and mixed cheese with strawberries and various herbs.
The staff is amazing! The waiter Anastasia explains the ingredients clearly, knows what to recommend, and is just a very nice person.
The atmosphere, the interior - everything is saturated with a special atmosphere.
I've never left reviews, but I definitely can't resist here.
Definitely the best place in the city! 10 out of 10! I advise everyone to visit :)

Cozy, beautiful, plenty of space (three halls and a veranda) and not noisy. Pleasant music in the background. The staff is very polite and cultured. It is clean and there are no unnecessary smells.
The kitchen is delicious. We took desserts. I liked everything. The dessert serving is beautifully executed.
The cost is the same as everywhere else.

On the advice of friends, we decided to go to Brevis with my husband.
The staff is attentive, they know the menu, they will tell you, they will advise. Very tasty, satisfying! Salad with fresh herbs and vegetables. Delicious meat, a gorgeous dessert. A pleasant, calm environment. I really liked it! (because lately we have been unlucky, in many establishments of our city, there are continuous shoals and disappointments) Brevis convinced us that there are still worthy establishments. I definitely recommend it!!!!!

The drinks arrived quickly .I often order tartare in different establishments, the serving is beautiful, but there is no taste, the beef is frozen and has not had time to completely melt, the sauce does not fit the tartare at all and interrupts the whole taste of beef. The beef itself is of good quality, soft. Olivier with duck and orange mayonnaise is delicious and fresh. Porcini mushroom cream soup with croutons is very tasty, the taste is balanced, thick, rich. I was disappointed with filet mignon, the beef itself is cooked perfectly, soft, tender, but the taste of meat is terrible, it smells of cow, milk. The dishes are served in a strange order, first they brought soup (hot), then tartar (cold appetizer).
The atmosphere is comfortable, the interior is beautiful, pleasant jazz music is playing. The service is polite and friendly. Mobile communication and the Internet are not working.
The opinion is not unambiguous, the food is average.

The restaurant, in my opinion, has one of the most interesting menus in Vitebsk. The food supply and quality are 5%! We had Baked eggplant, Fried shrimp, Gnocchi and trout Fillets. The wine list has been pumped up, red, bottled, there are only three options, but for some reason all are semi-dry. However, this did not spoil the impression.

Cozy restaurant
When we arrived, there were a lot of people, so all the hangers were occupied and they didn't come to us right away. They put us near a hot radiator, it was hot. We asked to move, we were served, everything was fine.
We ordered food, and the waiting time was normal. The staff is very polite, they asked us if we were satisfied, they took care of us, just great.
The food is very tasty and of high quality. We ordered steaks with chicken and shrimp. The kitchen is super. The atmosphere is wonderful.

The food is delicious, but the mashed potatoes are cold (both potato and carrot), beef cheeks are more suitable for the definition of "torn beef". Of carbonated drinks - borovaya mineral water, no banal bonaqua, no Cola, no Schweppes))). Salad "olivier with duck and orange sauce" is edible, but not interesting., duck meat fibers, pistachio slices (delicious, but what does olivier have to do with it?), cucumber fresh and salty, fresh green peas (not pickled). It is declared as the author's cuisine, and it corresponds to this. Somewhere a successful culinary experiment, somewhere not so much. Trout baked with carrot puree is good, but why else serve it with pickled carrots in slices? The carrots themselves are pickled interestingly, most likely honey, a little ginger, soy sauce, etc. But with soft trout and carrot puree, it does not give the effect that the cook expected (my purely subjective opinion). Will I go next time? I don't know. Maybe, but if I don't catch the ideas of the author's cuisine, then it won't be such a soft comment anymore))).

Quite by chance, we saw the sign after a walk in Pobediteley Park and decided to have a cup of coffee, BUT after plunging into the cozy atmosphere and studying the menu, we decided to have a closer snack. And we were pleasantly surprised by the presentation and taste of the dishes of the author's cuisine!!!
A nice girl told and explained about each dish ordered.
The medallion melted behind his cheek, the dessert was delicious and light after the main course.

I booked a specific table in advance, in fact, when we arrived, our table was moved with another one, for a large company. Brevis pretended that someone had messed up and was offered a different table. As compensation, they offered 4x appetizers. I liked the kitchen as a whole, but... Do not order "stewed beef cheeks with spelt" for hot food - it is not a restaurant dish at all, rather a camping dish, the taste and smell are very specific. Tartare, carpacho, mignon are very tasty. The service is good.

We cook well ourselves, and often in restaurants the thought comes that I would cook this dish tastier. So in Brevis, the food is of a high restaurant level. Mignon, gnocchi, seafood pasta, tartare, carpaccio, babaganush: everything is very tasty! I didn't like the beer, but there were great cocktails. The waitresses are nice, but not attentive. We ordered dark and light beer, brought three light ones! Two daiquiris were included in the bill instead of one (check your receipt). I do not lower the rating of the restaurant because of the exceptionally delicious food.
