Good afternoon! I took a large almond croissant with me half an hour ago. I came home and took a bite and realized that it was a stale stone. It is completely solid, both outside and inside. For 10 rubles, of course, a lot. She also asked for a hot drink, and received boiled milk. Hotter doesn't mean boiling. I gave 18 rubles for this miracle combo, which is the saddest waste of money in my life.

Ehh..I constantly visit the Brioche cafe. But somehow mostly on the Winners, less often in the area of the Svisloch shopping center..
More recently, an article about a beautiful interior caught my eye, photos are attached, an interesting solution for the design of the ceiling..
So we decided on 24.05 with my family to specially go from the city center to a cafe in Novaya Borovaya..
To my disappointment, we were greeted by the sullen faces of the bartenders (no greeting, no invitation to try this or that product), the assortment was really not at all (I hope they sold out by 19 o'clock)..
The interior is so-so, modestly, but most of all I regretted looking at the fabric ceiling elements - either burned out, or everything is dusty from old age?? And in the promotional photo, everything looks very premium..
The culmination was the service:
- we chose desserts for 4 people ( from what was left), made a clear and specific order, preferred to sit at a table on the street..
When serving, it turned out that one dessert for 1 person (according to the bartender) forgot to punch, .. therefore they did not bring (although tea was brought for him).
We asked to bring the dessert that we ordered at the table, and after the meal is over, we additionally pay at the checkout..
As a result, instead of dessert, they brought us a terminal, they said that we need to "punch" first, and then dessert will be brought to the table..
In general, the mood was completely ruined..
I really wanted the management to work with the staff, according to the quality of service..
From personal experience, almost always - no matter what happens to the interior, with the error of the staff with the order - skillful communication with customers and a built-in script for resolving the problem situation that has arisen, can only leave a pleasant impression of the visit ...
In our case, unfortunately...
We plan to continue using the service, but we probably won't go to this point anymore..

We were the first visitors in the morning. For the first time in Cafe Brioche. The atmosphere is very friendly. I took a cappuccino and an almond croissant. I was impressed by the taste. We love this place, the staff is magical, they always smile and reciprocate! The only thing I would note is the prices, they bite and the buyer does not always understand "why". If it's the quality of the ingredients, then maybe it's worth writing about it somewhere.
