The best vacation ever.wonderful staff.the food in the dining room is sooooo delicious and satisfying.I have never wanted to go anywhere else to find tastier and cheaper dishes, of course, the variety of dishes is simply beyond words. Serafima is like a mom-she will tell you about all the excursions, tell you everything, guide you, put you on the bus, and always greet you with a smile. The pool on the territory is large, heated, illuminated, works for a long time, children swim almost until midnight. The territory is clean and well maintained. Washing machines are available. 5 minutes to the sea without hurrying. Everything is gorgeous, I have never regretted choosing this hotel. I didn't want to go home. She hugged all the employees, as if she were leaving her close friends.I really want to return to their paradise as soon as possible.

We visited the Briz Guest House for the first time in September 2025. In general, I liked everything, the friendly and sociable hostess answered all questions before arrival. The staff is also good. We agreed on a transfer, met, and passed the border quickly. We lived in a two-room room, the furniture was old, everything was patchy, and we had the worst view of all the rooms. But nothing, as they say, came not to sleep in the room. The children's pool was clean, but the main one was already dirty, the walls were all dark and spoiled the view. We had lunch in the dining room for the first time, you can eat)) but then we found a cheaper dining room nearby) It's a 3-minute walk to the sea, and there are shops along the way. Canteen. Pizza is all with nice prices))) there is also coffee on the beach, where you can have a delicious meal) would I come back again?? I think so!)

The most wonderful place to relax! A warm pool with chillongs, air-conditioned rooms with a refrigerator, and a kettle are provided on request. The breeze.. How much is in this title. We were from August 19th to 27th, everything is wonderful. A very good place to relax, a cool large swimming pool, a shower and a bathroom nearby, a dining room on the territory, not that cheap, but close by and with a large fresh assortment. The staff is just something, we were at home, Serafima, Tanya, You just have the strongest hugs!!! It's a beauty for children, they all constantly hang out by the pool, play with some interactive toys, the benefit of the pool area is full, there is also a covered outdoor veranda with tables overlooking the pool, a second large dining room with a pool downstairs. We were without children on the 4th floor, I recommend those without children - although they climb high, but it's quiet)) the sea is 5 minutes away on foot, there is a good shop on the way. And I also recommend the cafe Sea Sea, it's just on the way to the sea that you will come across it, there is the best service and attitude)) we rented a bungalow there for almost the entire vacation, the owners also left a great impression, they did not rest in vain.

A very wonderful place to relax! We took a 4-bed room, arrived by car, a large Parking lot. Clean and cozy room, refrigerator, toilet, shower, TV, in the room. Excursions for every taste, The road to the sea took about 5 minutes slowly. There are many shops nearby. It takes 10 minutes by car from the border. If we compare it with Turkey, at least where we were, then definitely to the Breeze, to Abkhazia. You can write about the hosts and staff forever, I did not expect such hospitality, a very warm welcome! Serafima treats people like beloved relatives who have been waiting for a long time, everything is very sincere! The girls in the dining room are just goddesses, they cook so that you want to have a second stomach! The best place to relax where I've ever been! We had a rest from July 29 to August 09, 2024. I didn't write a review right away on purpose to calm down my emotions. As a result, the overall impression did not change (I started with it), no negative memories appeared. It is very important for me: both myself and my whole family felt comfortable in this guest house, the attitude towards the guests was like family. Both the owners and all the employees are the most charming people, and communicating with them is already a pleasure in itself. When parting at departure, both the wife and the children cried. We rented a 5-bed room (such rooms are rare on the entire Black Sea coast). The room has everything you need, everything is in order, everything is clean. I really liked the huge terry towels instead of blankets: you can't think of a better one for summer time. The guest house has a large parking lot for cars, for those traveling by public transport (as we did this time), a transfer is readily organized (the car was always on time, the driver - it so happened, the same - is neat, polite and exceptionally friendly). The sea is nearby, the way to it is beautiful, especially the one across the bridge over the Lapstu river. Grapes, figs, kiwis, bananas, tangerines, lots of flowers along the fences - all this decorates this road to the sea. The beach is pebbly, spacious, the sea is clean. Beach activities are like everywhere else on the coast. The offers of excursions are for every taste. There are shops and a market nearby. The guest house hosted a disco once a week for everyone: fun, cultured, beautiful. There is a large swimming pool for guests, illuminated at night. The water in the pool is clean and warm. There is a large recreation area with sun loungers around the pool, and a separate bathroom next to it. There is also a playground and a covered shaded terrace with tables. Wi-Fi is available in the guest house; the connection in the room was sometimes slow, but it was always good on the balcony and on the territory. There is a free self-service laundry for guests - 4 automatic washing machines, very convenient. The dining room, located on the 1st floor of the guest house, is particularly admirable. The choice of dishes is huge. The dishes themselves are of excellent quality, everything is always fresh and delicious. Probably, it is possible to find cheaper canteens, but there has never been a desire to do this. Except for the days when they went on excursions, they ate only in the dining room of the "Breeze". Cold beetroot, solyanka, meatballs, kebabs, kebabs, stuffed zucchini and eggplant, dolma, achma, khinkali, khachapuri boats, macdarin juice... And the cakes are different every day!.. It was great!!!
