I do not advise the bank to Russian citizens who wish to issue bank cards at this bank.
There may be serious problems with the law out of the blue, the data is transferred to Russia and you have to prove that you have not already settled in the Russian Department of Internal Affairs.
Also, a 15% commission on ATM cash withdrawals from any cards, 2% commission on any incoming payment except ERIP, horse prices for annual card maintenance, including virtual ones, makes BSB absolutely inadequate in current conditions.
