The perfect mix of high and traditional cuisine.
They know a lot about textures and serving here. At the same time, without forgetting about the taste and old recipes.
The dressing in a salad with pears is delicate and exquisite. The pike cutlets themselves are excellent, and the side dish with a light crunch of green onions complements the gastronomic picture.
I've never liked black pudding. But it was in this restaurant that it became clear that any product can become a favorite if it is cooked correctly and the right sauces and side dishes are added.

I tell you the situation : we came to Minsk , my daughter is not the first, but I am the first and my daughter really wanted (she is a pastry chef and a gourmet in food) to taste pancakes with chanterelles in this institution . I just wanted to try the pancakes . We came in the evening, we had not booked a table in advance, but we were placed on the veranda - the evening was warm and the view of the church was beautiful. We ordered food - everything was very tasty - and pancakes with chanterelles , I took fish and sour cream . We ordered tinctures to try (separate recommendations), and having had a great dinner and rest, it was time for the calculation and then we both realize that we changed into beautiful clothes and changed handbags and neither bothered to shift the cards for the calculation. We are Russian citizens and a simple transfer to the card of an institution or employee, which could simplify the situation, is impossible.
In general, the restaurant is already under closure, it is extremely inconvenient for us, and the waiter, after talking with the administrator, allowed us to pay off in the morning. It was a way out and very kind of them, although I won't hide it -I felt a little awkward.

We came from St. Petersburg, and on the advice of friends, we came to this restaurant. We really liked it. The interior is very beautiful, the service is excellent. We had a waitress, Maria. A wonderful girl, she told me everything in detail. She helped us decide on the dishes. I also found a common language with my daughter)))
As for the dishes, there is also a solid 5+. We took salads and hot dishes. Delicious salad with pears. The beef shank is excellent. The meat just melts in your mouth.

The concept of the institution is "live communication", i.e. there is no Wi-Fi. We were there with the children and naturally communicated vividly and cheerfully. Which was followed by a complaint against us from a couple who were pretty drunk nearby. To which the waiter apologized to the couple with the phrase "sorry for these ill-mannered guests." 🙈🙈 All the time, the waiters talked quite arrogantly and showed a biased attitude. Of course, we had to call the administrator and solve the issues of our bad manners with him) The review is more for the restaurant management: it is very easy to spoil the attitude towards you and earn negative reviews with one phrase from the waiter. The devil is in the details, as they say) Therefore, pay more attention to the selection of staff and their training on how to behave with the guests of your restaurant.

You can sing a lot of praises, but it's already been done before me, just join in!
Now the nuances…
We were sitting on the summer veranda on a warm evening. We didn't book in advance. They are not local themselves - tourists from Moscow. There were no problems with the table on Saturday evening, despite fears: after all, it was also Children's Day - people were walking! It was also easy to accommodate two pairs of our colleagues who came separately a little earlier. But when we were there, a couple of obviously decent local companies were refused, citing a full landing. The tourists who came after us without reservation were seated next to us. The conclusion about tacit face control is self-evident.
The waiter's work was exemplary! Three Muscovites melted away from his friendliness and helpfulness to the point of losing their vigilance! For which they paid in the truest sense of the word! Our check amounted to 154 bel.rubles. They left 100 Russian ones for tea, which were available. When they came to the hotel, they regretted that they had not given enough. Until you opened the bank's app to split the costs. And there... tara-ra-ram... 184 bel.rubles were written off!!! Attempts to justify the wonderful waiter with inattention: the hand slipped, etc. did not pass, since the first attempt to pay through Tink also turned out to be not at 154, although less than 184 (I will not say more precisely - there was a refusal in Russian rubles immediately). So, as a result, the boy added 30 white rubles of tea to himself (almost 20%, or 900 Russian rubles from 4500, for me - an obvious overkill!). There was no anger at nyashechka, we were on vacation! They are suckers themselves, he probably needs them more))). But the sediment remained, I want to warn others. I will attach photos of the receipts for proof.
Will we go there again? Absolutely!!!! It was tastier and more pleasant nowhere! We will not book: loshki tourists are welcome there! That's just going to be more careful and leave a tip exactly as much as we decide)))

We took a salad with pears for two (I recommend it), I ordered borscht for myself (regular), I liked the serving with bacon, croutons, sour cream, garlic and green onions. I also ordered venison dumplings: the presentation is beautiful, the taste is for an amateur, the sweet sauce, in my opinion, does not match.
