We were at the restaurant today on November 16. I really didn't like it! I don't like basements, low ceilings. It's dark and stuffy.
The usual food. I would even say: heavy and fat. No fresh vegetables. It's like they put a stone in my stomach. I haven't tried any special delights. My friends are of the same opinion.
And the smug faces of the waiters, that the people in the dark (!) are grabbing everything.
Dessert does not stand up to any criticism at all! A poor casserole, like clay, with a spoonful of sour cream. The casserole is tastier and more tender in the canteen! But they served it with the words: "our signature dessert!"
They went and went. I personally won't go a second time. Even though they pay for me.
I didn't get any pleasure!

A wonderful little restaurant! Pleasant interior, music does not interfere with conversation, cozy, clean, and most importantly very tasty and satisfying! We met with friends, there was a one–year-old girl - we were offered a high chair, the waiter guy gave her a paper flower, which pleased the whole company. I would especially like to mention the waiter Elizabeth - she told us everything in detail and deliciously about the dishes from the menu, suggested that we should try it. It was very pleasant to observe the warm attitude within the team. We stopped the waiter with questions, and the second one with a smile immediately took the dishes from her hands and took them away, allowing us to talk calmly. It was very pleasant to be in such a friendly atmosphere! Surprisingly, the check per person was less than 100 rubles, although the company was female. We had a lot of fun! I recommend it to everyone!

I also wanted to try cottage cheese for a long time, but my expectations were not fulfilled. Inside the very thin chocolate was a super soft mass like a cream. If you want a light creamy dessert without texture, then it's perfect.

We came in with a child of six years old. We had to break our heads about children's dishes, we took beef stroganoff. The child liked it. Borscht seemed slightly salty. But the bacon for borscht is delicious. I've never eaten anything like this in my life. I'm not an expert on pancakes, I ate for the first time. I was slightly disappointed, they seemed sour. The cheese dessert is great, but not everyone can like cheese (there is mold, hard, sheep or goat), but we love cheeses in the family, so we emptied the board in a flash. In general, if borscht was balanced in salt, then solid five. And so don't be offended - a strong four.

I want to share my impressions about this wonderful institution.

They asked her to bring bread three times, until a young man came to correct the situation and there were shots from the institution as an apology. As for the food, I only liked the dumplings. Были в командировке в Минске зашли сюда по приглашению Минских коллег. Замечательно провели время. Приятная атмосфера, очень приветлтвый персонал, очень подробно и вкусно рассказывают про блюда из меню, после чего трудно устоять и не попробовать. Блюда национальной Белорусской кухни. Всё, что было предложено, было очень вкусно и красиво оформлено. Перед посещением лучьше позвонить и забронировать столик, т.к. место даже в будни достаточно популярно.

I trusted the solid 5 stars and came to this wonderful restaurant of Belarusian cuisine. the first thing I would like to note is a very pleasant subdued atmosphere. The waiters are courteous and pleasant. We were called nothing but "ladies" and were polite.
The place is ideal for a pleasant evening and a delicious dinner. The portions are large and very satisfying. Especially delicious pancakes with beef tenderloin. They melt in your mouth!
In general, the place fully deserves its 5 stars, they left well-fed, satisfied and tasted Belarusian cuisine

Это лучший ресторан Минска на данный момент. Во-первых, обслуживание на высшем уровне: официанты искренне стараются погрузить в атмосферу, все подробно рассказывают, да и в принципе как хороший приятель подскажут что лучше взять, а что лучше выпить. Фраза нашего официанта: «Многие посетители говорят, мол, приходят к нам из-за того, что в Васильках большая очередь» - это удар по сердцу. Так вот: не сравнивайте *опу с пальцем, Бульбашы - это другой уровень кухни. Переходим к «во-вторых» - это роскошная кухня, где сбалансировано все и сделано так вкусно, что ты искренне хочешь все доесть, но ты физически этого сделать не можешь, так как обожрался. Драники с томленой говядиной в пиве - это отдельный респект и ван лав. И, в-третьих, это настойки: мы достаточно попробовали настоек в Минске, везде они неплохи, но вот идеальный баланс в хреновухе - это только здесь. Она тут реально вкусная и ею хочется культурно напиться. Итог: не тратьте время на Васильки, когда вы хотите получить огромное удовольствие и блаженство от качественной авторской кухни.

He knows the menu perfectly and thoroughly, gives unobtrusive recommendations, is polite and attentive. The submission of blue is strictly in accordance with the agreed procedure. As for the restaurant's cuisine itself, it's a delight. Each dish is original, original and most importantly delicious, with an interesting presentation.
