For me personally, the service is so-so. I went to put on a safety glass, they took my phone, and I warned them that I would have to run away to work, because the technical break was 10 minutes. I asked about the opening hours and was told that they would be done in 15 minutes. Bottom line: I arrive even after 20 minutes, there is no one. I came back 15 minutes later, and only then did I see that they had finished with my phone. The situation was almost the same with my mother. So, my mom came about 3-4 months ago to put a protective glass on her phone. It turned out that the seller did not have a protective glass of the right model, and they decided that they would order and call my mother after a while, as soon as the glass was in place and she could come and put it on her phone. Bottom line: after 2 weeks, my mother came up on her own, to which she was told that they had forgotten to call her (well, I don't blame her much for that, because we are all human beings and we can forget for once and twice). Later, the seller realized that he had ordered the wrong glass for the wrong model (to be honest, I think he didn't even try to order it), Later he told my mother the same thing, that he would re-order and call her. As a result: a girl picked up an excellent protective glass in a Moby stock for my mother, which fit perfectly on the phone model. And this seller of this store still can't reach my mom for a month, or even two.🤪

iPhone 12 battery replacement, charging connector and rear window. - They do not meet their deadlines. I checked the repair time 2 times, as a result, they didn't even warn about the delay. - They didn't warn you in advance that you would need to reset your phone. Well, at least the master called later, but 2 days after I gave the phone back. - The quality of the repair is not up to par, the rear window was replaced, but no one removed the protruding pieces of the old gasket or sealant, not to mention putting new ones in the cracks near the cameras, the inside of the phone is visible. - For the hyped reviews. 1 star for the fact that the staff is polite and give a guarantee. UPDATE 06.10.2024 After the review was published, the master contacted me and offered to fix the situation. As a result, due to the service, the phone case was changed quite quickly. I think the reviews are still real, because they try to make customers happy with everything.
