I managed to order only four times and three times some kind of buts... The first time they did not find the address, the birthday girl had to go to the main street, they took money for such a delivery, the second time she ordered a bride's bouquet, the price was announced 57 rubles. When I came to pick it up, the price rose to 75 and for the third time I ordered a beautiful bouquet in the photo, they showed it , but it was not at all what was in the photo on their Instagram, I had to pay more to get a bouquet more or less... in general, I did not receive any apologies , there was no feedback, there was no delivery at the right time-we were late , of course there is no desire to order anymore. Two stars for the freshness of the flowers.
