We were at this institution on a weekday on a quiz and everything was fine. Last Friday we decided to return, which we later regretted very much. We called to book seats, and the administrator clarified as many as 3 (!) times whether we would have 200 rubles to pay the deposit in vipka. The beginning is not the most pleasant. When we arrived, it turned out that vipka was not exactly what we imagined, we decided to move to the bar. The receptionist (a girl with dark hair and thick eyelashes - unfortunately, there are no names on the badges) behaved very unfriendly and looked very unhappy, and later on the whole evening her far from the most professional behavior was observed not only with colleagues, but also with guests. Some of us waited 2 hours for food, one person did not even wait. No one received any comments or apologies. We were not informed in advance about the workload of the kitchen and the duration of cooking. At the exit, another joke - the person in the wardrobe who took our outerwear at the entrance was not there, they received "Numbers from the guard? Do you see the number? Well, go get it." At the same time, the coats hung from above, it turned out to be a whole story to get them)
One of the advantages was that we were served by a cool bartender, who even in the heat managed everything and remained friendly and professional. To sum up, the place is not bad, but, guys, something needs to be solved with the service, especially with the administrator. To communicate like this with guests, and even more so to ask a company of 5 adults three times whether they will be able to pay a deposit of 200 rubles is nonsense and a disgrace. I've heard stories about the "friendliness" of this girl from several other acquaintances. I hope this review will be seen by the person who is responsible for the work of the staff. Since the administrator is the face of the institution, think about whether you choose to smile at your guests from the doorstep, or "make faces". Thank you for your attention.

A very cool place!
I always pay attention to the elementary, basic SERVICE! Here it is at the highest level!!!+++Food, drinks, atmosphere 10/10. Music ( as I understand it, different groups are joining ) Either I'm always lucky or there's always really cool music)) If someone doubts about their choice of where to go to relax and have a delicious meal at the same time, my recommendation is to you!))
