The atmosphere in this bakery is cozy, homely, with a pleasant aroma of fresh pastries. My eyes were running away from the abundance of cakes and pastries. A huge plus is the excellent quality of the ingredients, it is clear that confectioners cook with a soul and use only the best products. I highly recommend this place, the staff is polite and pleasant!

It's a stunningly crowded place!
The smell of freshly brewed coffee, freshly baked coffee and unobtrusive music.
It's always soulful in these "Buns".
I especially like to take a fresh rye baguette, and, as a child, walk down the street and gnaw it (without fear that my parents will swear that I brought home a gnawed bread and not whole)

I had to leave, asking for a refund. It took another 4 minutes.
Will I come here? - No!
And I don't recommend it to others.
I wanted to drink delicious coffee on my birthday in the morning before work. As a result, I lost time, ruined my mood, and was left without morning coffee.

I love hazelnut cappuccino in Buns. The service is courteous and friendly. The atmosphere is springy and pleasant in the cafe. It opens at 8.00. It is important! These are the advantages.
But! At the same time, the organization of the process is ill-conceived and unprofessional! And soooo slow! We wanted to have a quick breakfast in the morning . There were 2 staff members and a queue of 10 people. All the visitors were waiting, sitting in chairs. They were angry and upset .
A question for the administration. At such an active time, maybe add a waiter? As a result, the cleaner helped. She was serving plates. And we waited a very long time, brought cold breakfasts, we ordered brioches. By the way, they are very tasty, although cold. (Arugula is stale in places with a moth - please look through it more carefully. But this is understandable, in such a hurry). . Champagne is generally a problem in all Buns. (and the old one was served on Dzerzhinsky Ave. from an open bottle without newspapers. It was not cold). In the same Buns, the guy found a closed bottle and put it to cool and the champagne was brought when we had eaten everything and drunk coffee. The mood is ruined. Moreover, the prices are very high!
On Dzerzhinsky, a salmon and broccoli quiche turned out to be an omelet on a dough where a small piece of fish was lost. Napoleon is dry and weathered. Before that, it was very tasty and soft.
The wish of the administration is to resolve these issues, please. The ideas are cool, everything is delicious and soulfully cooked, it feels great, the staff is excellent. BUT SLOWLY AND CLEARLY THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH HANDS.
