After visiting on August 4, I give a grade of 5 again. Everything was great and fast. We concluded that 90 percent of the success of any institution depends on the work of a waiter.
I'm changing the review from 5 (previously I liked everything in this place) and that's why:
Summer, the heat, we decided to walk around the city and went to a cafe. We chose dishes and drinks (it's a little weak for the summer assortment, but this is not the main thing). We were warned about the timing of cooking burgers in advance - from 40 minutes to one hour - we agreed, because we came to rest.
We are waiting for 10, 15, 20 minutes have passed and there are no soft drinks (the usual juice of orange, mint and ice), cocktails and champagne, although we asked to bring drinks immediately. The waiter's answer is the bar's workload?))) What does it mean? Okay, I admit it takes longer to make cocktails than to uncork a bottle of champagne, but not 30 minutes.
The champagne was brought to us more cheerfully, as if it were being transported from France and we, impatient, could have waited in silence.... But instead of the ordered brut, it turned out to be a poorly chilled semi-sweet. We asked to bring what we had chosen, to which the waiter replied that she had forgotten to mention its absence... Well, sometimes we thought and decided to choose a wine, while reminding that we are still waiting for the morse
35, 40 minutes have passed... There is no morse, it can be seen that the delivery from Egypt with half an orange does not have time, or the mint crops have only given their first shoots.
We check with the waiter - I'll bring the answer now! (About salads, which, according to the rules of catering, are offered within 15-20 minutes, we no longer ask)
45 minutes - we refuse the order and leave. Branded paper napkins from a previously good institution remain on the table....
Bottom line: the institution lost at least 80rubles, regular customers, but we lost almost an hour of time that we hoped to spend otherwise.
