At the issuance, the employee checked the order (looked into the package) and gave it away, and at home it turned out that there were 2 burgers and three portions of fries in the package. One cheeseburger was not reported.🤬

I came to this place to eat delicious burgers that everyone loves. I made an order through a vending machine, and suddenly the vending machine did not issue a receipt, I asked the staff to call the manager to help me with the problem. But unfortunately, the staff ignored my request, so I stood in ignorance of what my order was. Then I stood and waited for my order to be given to me, but it still wasn't there, so I stood for a good 30 minutes. ( Please note that it was already evening and there were few orders ) Then I noticed that there was a package at the pick-up counter, there were no more orders on the scoreboard, so I realized that it was my order. The employees who had to click on my order that it was displayed on the scoreboard were standing and talking about something of their own, and there is a burger cabinet behind and there are two burgers in it, most likely mine. But the employees seemed to refuse to see these burgers during their conversations, after 10 minutes they still noticed, put it down, and finally gave my order. So what am I getting at, these establishments should give orders in a maximum of 5/10 minutes, but not in 40, so even in the evening when there are few people, thank you all for your attention.
