The most terrible BC I've been in. The hall is dirty, the bathroom is just a nightmare. There is a queue for the toilet from the very entrance doors, blocking access to the order and distribution window.
It was not possible to connect to the Wi-Fi network with a Russian SIM card, although there were no problems with connection in hotels and other establishments.

They swear loudly, indulge, behave provocatively, pour into bottles for themselves without payment, the administration does not care. For comments, they say call the riot police. It is simply impossible to eat quietly with children either on the terrace, where they also smoke, or in the hall.
