We ordered delivery. It was a mistake. They take a very long time to bring food that has already cooled down, potatoes can hardly be called French fries, burgers are hard, cold and not tasty. We ordered cocktails, the chocolate was like one syrup. There is no desire to order anymore. They also gave me a free whopper, for being late last time, which really can be called free, flattened, from vegetables and sauce there is only a name. By the way, they didn't give a promo code for the next whopper for being late, although there won't be a next time with such a service.

Speaking of the delivery itself, it is worth noting that instead of the promised 45 minutes of waiting, we are waiting much longer. Applies ONLY to delivery. I don't know what happened to this restaurant. I ordered there for half a year and everything was fine. But now, apparently, they don't care about customers anymore. The order was placed at 17:59. "Knock on the door" at 19:38. I no longer believed that he would come! While the courier was driving, I called the call center three times at 15-minute intervals. There was only one thing I heard: "we will contact the courier now and call you back." Did you call back? No, of course not! And the courier, upon arrival, swore that "I left the restaurant 15 minutes ago, everything is fresh!". Honestly, I didn't dare to check how fresh everything was there (most likely not). "Delivery within 45 minutes or a whopper as a gift"! That's the BC motto! As I understand it, they think that you can bring it the next day and "get rid" of the whopper. No guys, it doesn't work that way! They didn't even bother to call, warn and apologize. One of the important qualities is trust. I can no longer trust that I will have time to eat in time before school/work, etc. If you take it in the restaurant itself, then everything is quite good and tasty. But the delivery.... Know that you may not come at all. And if he does, I'm afraid to imagine the taste of a burger cooked more than an hour ago...
