Initially, collect everything that is in the order. I understand that people get tired and so on, but why should I feel sorry for them?) You are at a job for which you receive a salary, what difference does it make to me in personal time or working time? You're also wasting my PERSONAL time with calls and extra waiting times.It's your fault, that's all.
