I used food delivery from time to time! I always liked everything: fast, tasty, pleasant couriers. However, the last time there was trouble, something very hard got into the burger, and I just cracked a tooth. I had to go to the dentist on duty on Sunday evening for first aid. Then I went to the dentist, because I was in a position, I was treated without anesthesia. The situation turned out to be very unpleasant. I wrote a review to the company in order to receive at least a formal apology, but they did not consider it necessary to publish a review or react in any way. I consider this attitude towards clients unacceptable. PS: A representative of the company contacted me. We have apologized. The conflict is settled. Thank you.
