I used to love this place very much, everything was always clear on time, fast enough and efficiently.
However, things have changed recently.
For the last few months (3 manicures), when I come, I wait for the master to be free (from 10-25 minutes), despite the fact that I am serviced by different people. The last time I waited 35 minutes, I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment.
The receptionist said it was all the customer's fault for being half an hour late. Why they didn't call me and warn me to come back later is a mystery to me. Why you took on a full-service client who was so late is the salon's business, but why should the next client be treated this way?
And the master did the manicure for two and a half hours.
After this story, I will not come to the salon anymore, although I have been a regular customer for 2.5 years.
Another feature is that if you sign up for the latest time - 18/18:30, then be ready to lift your legs, because during your procedure, the administrator will already start cleaning the salon. There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with that, but it feels very uncomfortable.

Pros:

Minuses :
TV under the ceiling at the manic desk at the reception. Since I came across a master who did not start a conversation with me, my neck "checked out" the height of the TV placement.
A chair that does not slide under the table , which means that you need to sit without support for your back to reach the master. As far as I remember, there are no cushions on the chair either.
Master Vika. Well, we didn't have contact, and I'm very surprised about that, because I'm always sociable with people, but let's just say that Victoria didn't use techniques to get the client to talk. On a second visit, the master didn't even greet me in principle, and I already thought that I disliked her in some way.
To be silent for 2 hours with such inconveniences with a TV, a chair is already too much with such an abundance of other studios on the Lighthouse.
I have no goal to reduce the rating of the salon, but I hope that my OS will help the owner improve some aspects of the business. Personally, I am already a client of the Soda beauty salon, where "everything coincided."

It's not the first time I've come) I really like the staff and the attitude. Tea/coffee/water + candy are always offered. There have never been any complaints about manicure! Everything was done efficiently and professionally🥹😍💋 Manicure lasts 3-4 weeks without chips, scratches and cracks. Thank you very much to the salon for its professionalism and good attitude to customers))))
