My husband was competently consulted on the phone, explained the nuances and different options. Drilling was scheduled in a short time, and a convenient time was chosen for me. On the appointed day, in the morning I met with the craftsmen at the site to agree on the drilling site, and already at lunch I tasted delicious clean water from my own well. There was good water at a shallow depth on our site, and the guys from the Burservice did everything efficiently, quickly and accurately. They also gave advice on the further operation of the well. I received the entire package of documents for the well at the office at a convenient time (there is a large parking lot nearby, which is important).

All the work was done in half a day. The depth eventually turned out to be 60 m. We found water, as promised. The pressure and visual quality of the water are good. Despite the oversized equipment and dirty work, everything was done at a high level and as accurately as possible, for which special thanks to the team! A few weeks later, the equipment was connected in the house and on the street. The work, in the same way, was done neatly and efficiently in half a day. They showed everything and told how to use it, answered questions. As a result, I am glad that I contacted the Burservice company. In 2 days, as promised, we found water and connected it. She said you can arrange everything by phone, but I decided to come to the office myself to look and ask questions that interested me, since the well does not storm every day. I came to the office, talked with a representative of the company, what I want, he listened to me and offered an option that suited me. We agreed that the Gaz 66 car would arrive, but the day before arrival they called back and said that it would be ZIL 131, it was more powerful, the soil was loam and stones. Everything was done properly in 5 hours. And we agreed that they would arrive in 2 weeks and arrange the well, bring water into the house and install a biological treatment plant. All the work was done on time. I highly recommend it. Well done.

Initially, to drill a well, they wanted to contact another company, where there were big discounts on drilling in winter. But then it turned out that no one would come to us in winter, because their equipment would not pass to us. We were waiting for spring and accidentally stumbled upon Burservice.
We left a request, a specialist contacted us within 10 minutes and conducted a full consultation by phone, explained everything quite clearly. On the appointed day, the guys arrived and suggested where it would be more appropriate to put the column. All the work was done clearly, quickly and cheerfully. We answered all our questions. In the evening of the same day, we were already with clean water. The water is clear, odorless and tasteless. And by the way, it was still cheaper than that company with their "winter discounts".

The guys worked smoothly and carefully, leaving a clean area behind them. After completion of the work, a well passport, warranty and operating recommendations were issued. After the first winter, water began to accumulate in the caisson. I called the service - the first thing they said was that there was a non-warranty case, the departure of specialists 250p + what they would replace. We arrived, pumped out, replaced the pressure gauge, the broken tube with a hydraulic accumulator that surfaced. A week later, the same problem occurs, and in principle, after each heavy downpour, the caisson turns into a well. That is, every serious rain will cost you 250 rubles and the replacement of equipment affected by water. He asked what solutions were available - "it was necessary to put a plastic caisson or transfer equipment from the caisson to the house," although there was no house on the site and there was no drilling. At the same time, the advertisement continues to offer to place equipment in the caisson (and the funniest thing is that the photo in the advertisement is of my caisson immediately after drilling and arrangement, for comparison, I add a photo of how it looks after each flooding). In general, with this attitude, the price absolutely does not match, you can drill anywhere for less money and then you will also be told about "non-warranty" cases and how it should have been done. I don't recommend it.
