Why taxi drivers with a suitcase can't get to the buses . He stopped by to drop off the passenger, it took about 2 minutes at the exit, they ask for money, they say meriya obliged. I went in and out on 25 som. Can someone explain where this money is going?

The roads are broken. I was walking with a big suitcase - it was a little heavy! I had to drag it on gravel, because there is no asphalt surface.
The cost of Mercedes minibuses with a capacity of about 20 people is 180 som. At the bus station there is a passable toilet with 10som and a small cafe.

The bus station is in a terribly deplorable state.
There is a route 777 to Andijan in Uzbekistan.
The fare is 120 som, but no one checks the tickets - you sit down and go. The border is passed in a simplified mode.
In Andijan itself, the driver assured us that the last minibus departs at 17:30 local time (!), and the emphasis here is on the fact that in Andijan the time is reduced by 1 hour from Osh.
As a result, when we arrived at 16:50, we were told that the minibus was no longer running. According to the time schedule, it was already at 17:50, respectively. Because of the misinformation, I had to take a crowded city bus all the way to the border.
