If you want Korean cuisine, I will suggest visiting this restaurant. You can order portioned dishes, or you can have a Korean barbecue for the company. The portions for the barbecue are quite small, so you need to take several types for 4 people. You don't get too full of barbecue sets for me. Chicken wings and drumsticks are also offered for frying, honestly, I don't know how long it will take to roast them, so we took slicing.
I also liked tom-yam from the menu, not very spicy, moderately spicy, but tokpoki is an amateur dish, I turned out not to be like that.
The Korean desserts are over, so it was not possible to evaluate.
The interior is neutral with photos of Korean music groups and celebrities. It's a little cramped.
The service is fast, clean plates were promptly cleaned.

The dishes are served quickly, the menu is very good, really Korean, but after ordering a wok with chicken, I was hoping for something more to taste. Korean food is considered one of the most delicious, but I didn't feel it right away. It was definitely not the most delicious wok I've ever tasted. But in principle, their ingredients are fresh and the dishes look beautiful and appetizing. I can't tell from the taste of the rest of the menu. So I would not recommend this place as a super tasty place. But it's definitely worth a visit, after all, this is one of the few places in Minsk that has Korean barbecue. The service is good. The interior is very pleasant, but in sunny and warm weather, the terrace looks like a steam room and the sun is blinding there, there are no air conditioners or something like that on the terrace.

The idiot's dream was to "try tokpoki in Korean." When I saw this dish on the menu, I immediately rushed to this wonderful place. Although I knew that the tokpoks themselves do not represent anything supernatural, I was very pleased with the way they were prepared for me. The squid meat was tender, chewed easily and tasty. For dessert, I had thickening bananas. I advise you to try it — a hearty dessert with a game of textures and temperatures, as bananas are served with ice cream. The Mahito cocktail was made using the right technology, so it was a wonderful addition to the food — an immortal classic.
The setting in the restaurant is restrained, there is enough light, the music corresponds to the entourage — Korean. Quiet, calm, clean. There were no foreign odors.
The staff is friendly and tidy.
I was served by the waiter Sonya, thanks a lot to her too.
I advise you to visit and I will come more than once and bring my friends.

We booked a karaoke room for three. The room is very spacious, there is air conditioning. The song search is convenient, you can basically include any videos if you want to take a break from singing.
We also liked the service. The girls are very nice, if there were any questions or requests, they told us everything.
I would like to have more Korean dishes and drinks on the menu, but in general there is a large selection.
We had a great time! We will definitely come and try the barbecue again.

This place is simply terrifying: from the service to the food. We had no problems booking a table the day before the visit, which turned out to be the only plus. The floor of the staircase and platforms is very sticky, the tables themselves are clean. They put us in a hall on the 3rd floor (in fact - 2), which is made in a more traditional style, but they put us in the very corner by the speakers, from where k-pop was playing loudly. There was no sound of the interlocutor opposite. The menu is only by code, and it is also illiterate (it is impossible to read more about the dish, not to mention the FGM). There are few dishes and drinks too. Some positions raise questions (the presence of a volume pit, for example). We sat for 20 minutes, none of the waiters came to the table, we had to call them ourselves. The WAITER LIKA accepted the order and successfully disappeared for 20 minutes. I didn't bring any appliances or drinks. After 20 minutes of waiting, another waitress with no name came up to us and asked if we had ordered. At that time, we had been sitting in the restaurant for 40 minutes and were shocked. After that, the waitress without a name checked the availability of the order according to the program and said that there was no order and "if you want, you can order again." It's that simple. We repeated the order, which included Kimpab with shrimp and Romaine, and waited for the order for another 25-30 minutes. Soup, which is basically a blank... The kimpab was delicious, but in fact it was an overwrite of sushi. It was cut into portions crookedly - the pieces were different in height. Then they brought Romaine and it was a complete disappointment. It was more like a bland Fo-bo than a real Korean ramen. The noodles in it were stuck together, the broth was not saturated in taste, not bright. Dessert or a discount was not offered as an apology, the waiter Lika never apologized personally. Well, yes, it was a fiasco until the very end: the terminal did not work well when paying, the payment was made only the third time. In short: everything is bad, the food, the service. For the same money, you can go to any other Asian institution and at least have a delicious meal, not to mention proper (not even ideal) service.

We went to a restaurant with a group of five people. The order was accepted quickly, they promised to serve everything in 30 minutes, but the wait stretched for more than an hour. The Tom-yam arrived an hour later, barely warm, as if it had been cooked and forgotten. The juice had to wait the same amount, and the sauce, which can be served in seconds, was carried for another 20 minutes. The grill was turned on in advance, but by the time the food was served, two parchments had already burned.
The two hot dishes we ordered were still not served after an hour and twenty. When we asked about them, we were told to wait another 20 minutes. As a result, we were able to cancel them, which gives the impression that they were simply forgotten.
The waiter, most likely an intern, was polite, apologetic and obviously trying his best. However, he looked confused, and didn't seem to have any connection to the kitchen. The blame here lies more with the management, who did not bother to help or set up the process. None of the managers intervened to fix the situation, and for the whole evening we were not offered either a discount or a compliment as an apology.
As a result, the evening was ruined: disorganization, lack of communication within the team and the complete indifference of the management left an extremely unpleasant impression.

I've been wanting to go to this place for a long time, but I couldn't get my feet in any way. I decided to try something new and share my impressions.
Atmosphere and Design.
The first thing that caught my eye right away was that it was better to go here in the evening and book a place on the veranda, beautiful lighting on the steps and a very decorative view from the terrace.
Immediately upon entering Busan, I was engulfed by the warm atmosphere: the combination of a bright Korean interior creates a cozy atmosphere pleasant for a long stay.
Music and general atmosphere:
Pleasant background music enhances the feeling of that very thematic Korean style and promotes abstraction and relaxation.
Menu and Dishes:
The menu struck with its variety, offering a wide selection of dishes for every taste, a wide selection of salads, soups, main courses, deep fryers menu.
In addition to the seemingly standard menu, there were also special sets for cooking on the fire yourself, desserts, a bar and drinks
Description of the selected dishes:
we ordered several dishes — "spicy Korean soup", "Tom yam with seafood", "Tokpoki with squid" and "tamago with cheese".
And what can I say, the dishes were served in the best possible way. The dishes met almost all expectations: an incredible game of flavors and careful study of each element.
Quality and Taste:
- The ingredients used are fresh and of high quality, which was noticeable from the first spoonful.
- The taste qualities of the dishes were excellent, each element of the dish harmoniously complemented each other. Very rich and spicy broth in soups, soft tok pokki in a pleasant tomato sauce, and the most delicate tamago with cheese, which simply conquered my taste buds.
Service:
We were very pleasantly greeted from the doorstep. The receptionist professionally found us a place, despite the fact that we came without reservation and were immediately ready to offer our recommendations. We were also very politely informed in advance that the cooking of dishes may be a little longer than usual, for technical reasons at that time.
The waiter accepted the order instantly, and gave her recommendations on the dishes. Despite the full house and warnings about possible delays in cooking, the dishes were served quickly.
Prices and Ratio
Despite the high quality, the prices are reasonable, I would say average in the market. "Busan" gives you the opportunity to enjoy fine cuisine without a serious blow to your wallet.
Features and Innovations:
The key feature of the restaurant is that it offers an interesting set of ingredients for dishes and a unique opportunity to be a cook for yourself.
Recommendations:
Tom Yam and Tamoy, the dishes are probably universal for any client, so you can safely take them; spicy Korean soup, for me personally, was not the most spicy that I ate, but 60% of it will be too much for you; as for the top pokki, this is a dish that is worth trying, unusual, delicious but to some extent an amateur.
Conclusion:
- Busan is not just a restaurant, it is an immersion into the world of exquisite gastronomy and authentic Korean style. I was delighted with every moment and definitely recommend a visit.
- My experience at Busan was unforgettable, every aspect of the visit was beyond praise.
But still, a couple of things should be)))
1) It seemed to me that it was not completely convenient when the menu was exclusively in electronic form, on the one hand, I fully understand that people are advanced now, on the other hand, it was not very convenient for my mother to scroll through such a long menu on the phone and she got lost in it, and this to some extent gave She's uncomfortable
2) Personally, it seemed to me that the noodles were a little overcooked in Korean soup, or it was just such noodles. I am only judging against the background of comparison with other soups, and it feels like the noodles in the soup should be cooked to the state of "al dente". I still hope that in the future it will be more solid, and a little more consistent, so to speak, with the standard.

The girl was quite nice and proactive. To my question about a hot "NOT SPICY" dish, she quickly offered one of the top hot dishes of this institution, but! with the exception of hot chili peppers ! Just the thing, I thought. This evening, it was the ONLY and very important request.
What is the result. Of course, nothing was removed from the dish. I felt a strong burning sensation when, during a lively conversation with a friend, after confidentially mixing the whole dish, I sent a couple of spoons into myself.
Actually, I have nothing against spicy Korean dishes, but that evening I wanted a "calm" eel. Which actually I didn't get.
But it's not as surprising as what happened next.
Instead of just replacing it, they RETURN MY DISH BACK to me with the condition that they still got it from there. They were digging in the kitchen in my plate of food, like in a sandbox of some kind. Vile surprises, and outrages quite equally. No one was confused at all that this is not a service at all. And to be honest, they still didn't get all the pepper, just as they couldn't get its juices🙈

I was hungry as soon as the food arrived — my appetite was gone. I ordered noodles with chicken and kimchi. The noodles stank, and they tasted just disgusting. The chicken was similar in texture to rubber. Tasteless and unpleasant. I won't say anything about kimchi, it's terrible. The only thing I liked was the lemonade. And then, he's chymotic.

The incompetence of the staff is striking.
We wanted to celebrate our birthday at karaoke, but the problems started already at the stage of booking a room. The girl promised to call me back about my question, as she couldn't answer right away. There was no call in the next hour or in the next two days.
On the day of booking, the sound did not work in our room, and no one came to the staff call button, we had to go look for a waiter ourselves.
The staff was unable to deal with the problem of the lack of sound. They offered to move to another room. Nothing works there again, and the waiter again knows nothing. 20 minutes out of an hour of our karaoke time has already been wasted. In the end, they decided to leave because the mood was spoiled.
The manager generally does not care about the dissatisfaction of visitors, just to quickly hush up the conflict and offer a free dessert, instead of solving the problem.. It would be better to teach the staff how to use karaoke equipment.
We won't come again.

Yesterday we visited Busan cafe. We expected a lot from this institution, but our holiday was spoiled. To drive 300 km for a pleasant evening in a cafe, and eventually leave angry and hungry is about Busan.
Let's start with the positive. Pleasant soft music, the atmosphere of an Asian restaurant, cozy. And that's it.
And now what's disappointing. The menu is electronic, which was not opened by QR code on any of the phones. I had to search on my own on the Internet. After we selected the desired positions, we pressed the button to call the waiter several times, but no one reacted during the hour of waiting. Also, the waiters did not come and did not specify whether we were ready to place an order. I had to go ask the waiters to take our order myself. According to them, the restaurant was fully booked, but after an hour of waiting, I did not find any new visitors, but I saw the waitresses chatting. The waitress took our order and informed us that there was actually a button to call the waiter. But when we said that we had pressed her several times within an hour, she just smiled. After that, she disappeared for about half an hour, during which time we managed to burn the parchment. We still didn't understand what the problem was with bringing raw vegetables and meat and why the wait was so long.
Next, panchans began to be brought to us, then vegetables and finally raw meat. By the way, the parchment was still replaced, because it already smelled burnt. At that time, the waiting time had already taken an hour and a half. 10 minutes after we started frying our long-awaited set, the waitress came to us and said that they would close in 20 minutes, although their working time was still an hour and a half. To our question, how do we fry everything and eat in 20 minutes, the waitress did not react in any way. We asked to bring extra chopsticks, as well as some kind of package, so that we could at least take everything raw home (note that no one offered us anything, they only said that it was time for us to leave). The waitress said she would bring everything and disappeared. So in a bad mood and thinking about what to wrap everything raw in, we sat for 10 minutes, after which another waitress came to us and asked us to leave. We once again asked for some kind of package where everything can be put, after which 2 boxes were quickly brought to us this time. Also, the same waitress counted us out with a smile and there are no complaints about her.
Separately, I would like to note the "competent" knowledge of Korean cuisine. I was very surprised that our ramen turns out to be "Korean romaine soup", in Korean cuisine there is a new tom yam soup, sheitake mushrooms.
Let's summarize the results. During the 2 hours that passed in empty expectation, we ate only tree mushrooms, as well as the already ordered chicken wings. We haven't tried everything we came for. I had to fry it in a frying pan. By the way, having arrived in another city, I do not want to waste time to finish cooking food that was paid for as a restaurant, and also after that wash the dishes. Our trip to this restaurant is a waste of time, nerves and, of course, a considerable amount of money.

Guys, 2 hot pots, where 1 has mushrooms, the other has mushrooms and seafood, it's kind of really sad.. in a spicy, but not salty broth without additional sauces - it's bad, it's not tasty.
The tables are sticky with grease, you don't need to wipe them with window cleaner, but scrape them off with a spatula. Tom Yam was nothing, at least some taste.
In general, I expected more from a restaurant in the center of Minsk and called Korean. You can't cook soup with flashlights, singing ganges style on repeat and photos with actors from doramas. Kimchi salad has not been brought, I will do without it. I won't go anymore.
What should I do, constructively:
1. Conducted staff service improvement courses.
2. I revised the lighting above the tables, it is too active, there is no comfort.
3. Added sets of Korean dishes in mini plates. Still, they come for ready-made solutions.
4. I printed out the menu. According to qr, it sometimes glitches, it is not convenient.
5. Added 2-3 Korean simple desserts. Something besides shortbread ice cream. I still don't understand what it is.
6. Tom Yam? Do they eat Tom Yam in Korea? I would have crossed it out, added authentic soups.
7. I would go to a normal Korean restaurant at least in Moscow, if there is no way to get to Seoul, I would look at the chips there, if there are no ideas.
8. I would remove the miserable strings with photos, I thought that I could place them there.
9. I would have sold the place and opened a Chico franchise and would not have known the troubles.
If you want, you can do it well. But the feeling is that you don't really need it.

There is absolutely no taste of Korea in Korean shiktan.
We sampled appetizers, kimpab with beef, hot pot with seafood in spicy broth and barbecue with shrimp, brisket and beef in Asian style.
The kimchi is completely tasteless, as if the cabbage was cut, dipped in sauce just before serving, and served.
Hot pot tastes like the one in plastic for cheap on the Chinese wholesale market. It's not tasteless, it's corny and tasteless.
The kimpab tastes almost nothing, but at least it's rolled up decently.
The barbecue was the only thing that was okay, but only because we fried ourselves. Although beef is Asian for an amateur. It's better to take something not pickled.
However, there is a problem with the barbecue surface itself. Apparently, it is never cleaned. Therefore, the smell of burning appears immediately as soon as it starts to heat up.
Another disadvantage is that there are no separate sauces on the menu, there is no description of what is included in the cocktails.

We came for the first time, hoping to eat Korean cuisine, as we are very "familiar" with it.
I look at the menu, and there's Tom yam, the Korean kibimpap is called "poke" at all, when it has nothing to do with Hawaiian cuisine at all.
Not to mention the traditional ramen, which is called "romaine soup in Korean."
I ordered a "spicy Korean soup", hoping to somehow "be surprised", as a result, they brought a plate with the contents, into which they added a slightly warm broth from a decanter of Japanese sake.
Although it is difficult to call even broth, there was water mixed with Korean pasta, no rich or fermented state of the broth was found.

In general, there is a huge disadvantage in service, an absolute lack of knowledge of Korean cuisine and even small nuances in general. The girl was constantly walking away and asking something.
As a result, when we left, the administrator asked the question "did we like everything?"
To which I said "no" and tried to explain.
But they began to prove to me in a rough form that this is not a restaurant (cafe) of Korean cuisine, but generally pan-Asian…

The staff are sweethearts, the most pleasant friendly girls and guys, absolutely not upset that the grill was not working, everything else did not disappoint.
The food is prepared for the average lover of spiciness, if you are afraid, ask to serve the hot sauce separately, so you can adjust the taste yourself. I can't say that this is authentic Korean cuisine, but it's colorful and, if you don't show off, it's unusually interesting for our taste. Prices are top, portions are chic.
