Why are there 5 pluses? Well, because I liked it. Everything is clear, in all languages. And Russian and Polish and English and Lithuanian. And in general, no one cares about languages there. What they know is what they say. However, I liked the fast and free wi-fi the most.
There is no registration, no codes. Just connect and call! And the signs are everywhere in several languages.
