There are the cleanest toilets at the top of the building. The average rental price is 7-8$ per square meter. Parking: there are not enough places. And where does anyone have enough? Delicious coffee in the lobby of the 5th floor near the elevators. The coffee areas are beautifully organized. Friendly girls are working.

I hate this place! If there is an opportunity not to go, then I will definitely take it. It's all about the lack of parking spaces. The worst place in Minsk to rent an office. The guard immediately calls a tow truck for all "ugly" parked cars. Your customers will definitely not be happy.
