There are the cleanest toilets at the top of the building. The average rental price is 7-8$ per square meter. Parking: there are not enough places. And where does anyone have enough? There is a well-developed infrastructure around. Opposite the business center there is a Laznya, which seems to have seen many generations of people. A lot of business, a lot!
Delicious coffee in the lobby of the 5th floor near the elevators. The coffee areas are beautifully organized. Friendly girls are working.

This is not a business center, but just a high-rise building with rental space. I highly recommend not renting office space here. Among the disadvantages, there are a small number of elevators, which is why you can spend more time in the elevator queue than on the way to work, already worn-out repairs, difficulties with parking and generally with access to the building (one-way traffic near the main entrance and the inability to park the car for at least 5 minutes near the entrance (for example, if you need to unload the car or a taxi is waiting for you)). Of the features (I do not know where to attribute this to the pros or cons), there is a bathroom in almost every room (office). Of the advantages, you can pull a relatively convenient location by the ears.

The place itself is amazing. But there is NO lighting in the corridors of the center itself. It was possible to provide light bulbs with a motion sensor. The corridors are long, rounded, there are no windows--- it's pitch dark.

I came there periodically to different companies. Parking is almost impossible. If you arrive at the beginning/end/of the working day or at lunch, you will stand in line for the elevator. The toilets have probably never been repaired. Dark corridors, often without light. Maybe there is a cheap rental, but it is not pleasant to go there. The only pleasant place there is a pizzeria with a terrace on the ground floor.

The building itself is inconvenient - round walls, it's always dark in the corridors, 1 elevator works forever, the rent is expensive, the communal apartment is very high, no matter how much you spent, heating is turned off on weekends, parking is a problem - there are never any places! There are long queues for the elevator, the cafe on the 7th floor is good, the service is pleasant. there is no parking, it is a constant torment to find a place, and the neighboring building has fenced off an empty parking lot and is not allowed despite the signs of public parking. They are being bullied and no one will find justice for them. The owners of the Parus business center building should have taken care of creating conditions!
