I live in this house in Nomad residential complex. I really like this area and the house. I've been living since 2005. I see big changes. Abudabi Plaza has been built, and the LRT business center is being built. As residents of this residential complex, it doesn't bother us. The catering along the house gets in the way, it's noisy, dirty, the shrimp stinks, it's terrible, there's no comfort from the side of the road, it's noisy, we want trees, greenery, the paving stones are all peeling off. We residents would like to isolate ourselves from the hustle and bustle of the city, there is no place for children to relax, this applies to the entrance 11,10,9. Our trains are burdened with the entire load, shops, snack bars, all the garbage from cafes and people, visitors enter the residential complex, litter, sit on benches and bring inconvenience to the residents of the children of this complex.

A convenient center, there is literally everything you need. I went there for courses, there is a restroom on each floor, everything is clean, neat and pleasant. There are shops and cafes on the ground floors, so you don't have to go outside to freeze (especially in winter) and you can even go down quickly during a break and get yourself some food. There are photocopies on the top floor, and much more, very convenient, all in one building!

Hi. Clean, cozy, beautiful there is a cafe area, the elevator is fast, convenient location, friendly people in the business center, so don't go in with negativity, knock with your feet in front of the entrance and everything will be fine with you, thank you very much for the time of reading haha haha so far.

However, we must be prepared for the fact that the state of engineering systems, climate, cleanliness will be close to low quality, and there will also be a passageway of visitors despite the security due to the fact that the business center also has a share of retail business with visitors from the street. An excellent plus, of course, is the infrastructure: a coffee shop, a dining room and even a restaurant with live music all without leaving the building.

A good business center. I sent the children to sewing courses. The contractor is good. The only drawback is the elevator. I click on the first one going to 14. And so everyone who presses the button to call the elevator, we go after him. 🤦

A cool coffee shop on the ground floor with chic lunches for only 1550 tenge, you can eat delicious as in a restaurant (insanely delicious sauces inside the lunch) and in addition a drink for lunch as a gift of your choice-coffee, any tea, etc . I am delighted with this coffee shop and also a very delicious meringue worth only 290 tenge.
