One of the best business centers in the city. All the amenities are there, for fans of minimalism, that's the thing. The renovation inside is modern, the indoor cooling system is top. Hygiene is very carefully observed, everything is absolutely clean. The W/C is cleaned several times a day. And at the same time, the rental prices are very adequate considering the location, service and conditions. This center deserves the level that they claim.

The company I work for had an office in this building. Everything is quite decent . Each floor has its own design. We had high-tech. The only serious disadvantage is the insufficient number of parking spaces in the courtyard.
