Excellent business center. Very convenient location, office rentals are not expensive, as I noticed. There are many parking spaces and catering facilities nearby. Everything you need is within walking distance!
Right at the entrance to the "Etalon" there is a machine with delicious coffee and other hot drinks. There is also a cafeteria in the lobby!

There is no parking space, it is not very convenient if you plan to rent an office, you will need to park a couple of blocks from the business center.
