I ordered a bed in this store with 100% prepayment and a period of 4-5 weeks. After 4 weeks, I called, they said that they had a deadline of 40 working days. Then they were fed breakfast and said that they would give information about the status of the order the next day. The next day they didn't give it to me, I had to remind myself for several days. And when the order was ready, they said that the cost had changed and they had to pay 105 rubles extra. Manager Polina can only speak beautifully. I do not advise anyone to place an order here.

I have a very mixed impression of the company... The furniture has been ordered, but the constant attempts to deceive managers (or interns, or whoever) certainly do not make the company beautiful. Be prepared that you will be deceived in the cost of assembly (and no one is to blame). We "lost" part of the order and had to go get it ourselves... No apologies, no compensation... I won't apply anymore. Well, as for the furniture (which they are not directly related to) and the assemblers(individual) good ones.

I really liked the store in general and the consultant Victoria in particular. We were picking up a mattress for ourselves. Victoria told us in detail about all the nuances of the sailors presented in the cabin (Vegas and Kondor), let us lie on all the proposed samples (we spent about 2 hours in the cabin), and helped us choose the right mattress for our wishes and purse!

Horror, no respect for customers. The driver arrived without a loader, although it was agreed that he would be, I had to carry everything with him. The warranty card was not filled out for the equipment, when I called, I was first offered to come myself, then promised to call back several times and in most cases there was no callback. As a result, after a week and a half, they arrived and filled it out. There are no questions about product quality yet, but the service was very disappointing. Wasted nerves and time!

One of the few stores where the product was in stock helped with delivery.
