We had a rest in August 2024. Helpful and friendly staff. The hostess told in detail where to go, what to see, where to have a delicious meal. There are a lot of greenery on the territory, a river, a barbecue area, massage - optional, 2 washing machines - free of charge, a kitchen - who wants to cook himself, i.e. everything necessary for living. Room stock for different budgets. Change of towels, toilet paper, wipe the floor in the room - on request. Breakfast is included in the room rate. The breakfasts are varied, delicious, and hearty. There was always porridge and additionally: egg with sausage, cutlet with vegetables, cheesecakes with sour cream, pancakes with jam, pockets of pita bread with cheese and ham, sandwiches. Drinks include black tea and instant coffee. Near the hotel there are restaurants, pharmacies, shops, a dining room with very affordable prices. The sea is 5 minutes away through an alley with palm trees and flowers. Nearby, across the bridge, there is a city park, a central embankment, fountains, cafes. There is a ship in the port 2 times a day with an hour-long boat trip. We are very pleased with our stay at this mini-hotel, we recommend it for your stay!

A great place. Friendly hosts, we have been resting for years. Excellent location, near the beach, there are grocery and souvenir shops, a small market, also close to the city center, an embankment for evening walks. A family from Tatarstan, Svetlana and Alexander, vacationed in July 2024, a chic place, comfortable rooms, everything you need, there is a sea within walking distance, morning breakfast is always different and delicious. The hostess of the hotel, Asida, is friendly on any issue, will consult and give the necessary advice. Before leaving, they asked the cook to bake aladiy on the road, she did everything mentally, for which thank you very much. I plan to go there only next year and I advise everyone.

A great hotel at an adequate price. Good breakfasts are included in the room rate. The sea is close, the promenade is nearby. Shops, canteens, pharmacies are nearby. There is a kitchen where you can cook by yourself, there is a washing machine and other amenities. We liked it!

There is not a single advantage. There was a shower gel in the room, half of it seemed to be left of someone, one shampoo, there were three of us. The room itself is not comfortable, there is nothing to do there. Breakfast is fried bread, porridge on water, and tea, and fried egg. We haven't eaten anything, and we need to clean up our plates. The administrator is a feisty grandmother. The audibility is great, you can hear everything and everyone. The kitchen on the second floor was filthy, they didn't even go near it. We ate at a nearby restaurant. I don't recommend it.

We have been vacationing only in this hotel for 4 years in a row, we like everything. We bring all our relatives and are happy with everything. We came for the New year and had a great rest. Asida, T.Gulya and Khatuna are already like relatives.The location of the hotel is almost in the city center, near the embankment, cafes, canteen, shops, pharmacies, the sea is 5 minutes away. walking.

To begin with, I would like to immediately divide the review into pros and cons (there are more cons).
Pros: close to the sea and the necessary infrastructure.
Minuses:
1) the proximity of the sea immediately spoils the quality of this sea - you take a sip of sea water less than a teaspoon and rotovirus, the temperature is 38.5 for two days, you are provided with all the ensuing;
2) the presence of ants in the room, which appear literally from every crumb, and if you do not ask the cleaner not to clean and change the bed, then she will not do it;
3) there is a terrible smell of dampness in the shared toilet;
4) there was a constant construction site nearby during all the rest days: they drilled, sawed with a saw (the sound and subsequent smell can be felt even in the rooms).
P.S. brightens up all the disadvantages of a dog named Mishka, who was very affectionate and slept in the toilet

Advantageous location, 2 minutes to the sea, 10 minutes to the central embankment of Sukhum by walking. Economy class rooms, small, without a balcony, but everything you need is there. There is a common area, kitchen, washing machine, barbecue area. In the yard there is an orchard, Parking. Breakfast is served in a summer gazebo, also modest: porridge + sandwich, tea / coffee. A huge minus is very poor sound insulation.

I was in December, the rooms with underfloor heating are super! Warm, clean, compact bathroom, hot water, towel, bed... Everything is clean and cozy.
You could hear all the neighbors, maybe they were noisy? Own dining room with breakfast - very nice! Delicious porridge, sausage omelet, coffee tea at your discretion, fresh bread - we were pleased. A cozy courtyard, close to the sea, near shops and a pharmacy... Friendly staff.
I recommend it! Great!

We came to this guest house for 2 nights, the experience is not very good.
When we stopped by, we were waiting for the hostess at the reception, there was no one there. In the deluxe room in kovychki, 2 1.5 beds are connected, as if it were a 2-bedroom bed, it was not comfortable to sleep. There was no toilet kit in the bathroom . The handle in the front door was broken. They came with a child to go to bed earlier, they had repair work going on, drilled with a grinder , and naturally they didn't care about vacationers , they constantly cut off the lights , well, that's what they said all over Sukhum. And the hostess said so in general : you are in Abkhazia , what kind of morning breakfast you will be given , there is no other choice , porridge is only cooked in the morning , well , that's it.
In general, for 6 thousand days, the guest house has nothing to talk about, have I returned here yet? Of course not. I do not recommend the guest house, well, or for those who like noise with a grinder, and the comfort of a suite with a 1.5 bed in the rooms, then please 😀
The only location to the sea is not far away, well, that's it!!!

Terrible guest house!!! I don't recommend it.
The furniture in the room is old, the mattress is generally trash, I could not sleep for 10 days even once, my whole body ached.
In previous reviews, the breakfasts were praised ..... did you guys not eat normally at all??? Then we had breakfast in a cafe nearby.
We went to the sea by minibus, to Malibu beach, everything is equipped there and sun beds and bars and water activities. Near the guest house there is a wild beach, huge rocks, no infrastructure.... If you lie down like a seal, then maybe it will do.

The location is excellent, close to the center, the embankment. The staff is so-so. There was a room on the 1st floor, a window in the wall. The doors creak and open badly, the toilet bowl is broken, the towels are smelly, two hangers and those are not working. The breakfasts are good and delicious. There were 5 days and of course no one cleaned. The hair dryer is very old, it is not possible to use it. Run to the second floor for the clothes dryer. The territory is large, there are many plantings, but everything is somehow not well maintained. Guests are not welcome in this house.

There are shortcomings, but a reasonable price and proximity to the sea outweigh everything. The breakfasts are homemade, the rooms are simple, there is Parking. You can use the barbecue, there is a kitchen with dishes and a washing machine.

I recommend this Hotel! We have already stayed here for the third time. Clean and cozy. The prices are reasonable.The sea is 100 meters away. There is a Mocha beach nearby. The central embankment is a 10-15-minute walk away. There is a dining room and good restaurants nearby!

I do not recommend this mini-hotel, I booked a room through Ozone travel.It didn't say anything about prepayment and so on.After I wrote to her in Whatsapp and asked her to arrange a transfer (and they provide this service) then she immediately asked for an advance payment.But later it turned out that she had taken an advance payment for the hotel.And she refused to return the money.Referring to the fact that we canceled late.Although we wanted to rent a room, but for a day more. We had a rest from August 30 to September 7. I liked everything.Every morning there is a freshly prepared breakfast, porridge, salad, and much more. Everything is different every day. The hospitable hosts explained and showed everything. You have your own access to the sea, a gate in the yard. Cafes, shops, etc. are all nearby. The room has everything you need. Although we lived in a housekeeper with a window, the bathrooms are always accessible and clean.

We had a vacation with our family in early September! This is the coolest place, by location, in Sukhum!Absolutely everything is nearby. And most importantly, direct access to the sea, where it is sparsely populated and some pristine beauty of nature! But literally 20 meters away, along the coast there is such a party - and canteens and cafes for every taste! The most remarkable thing that we liked is that this hotel is located in a secluded place, where it is quiet and peaceful, but if you want to walk and have fun, just 5 minutes to the walking area with beautiful fountains and a wide promenade!
There is a large equipped breakfast area in the courtyard and there is a barbecue area!
The breakfasts are very tasty, it is very convenient with the baby-every day there are different porridges plus some kind of varied morning food with butter and coffee!
Of course, I would like to mention the caring housewives, great fellows, they do everything to make it comfortable to relax, Asida is just a wonderful girl, such a pleasant and kind person, it is a rarity nowadays!

They say that for Sukhum it is a good hotel for your money. But if you evaluate without reference to the place, I did not like it. It was very hard to hear other noisy guests at night, the hostess is rude, the room is so-so. Everything is broken up around, but this is the case throughout the city. Abkhazia has amazing nature and climate, but so far security leaves much to be desired.

The location is convenient, close to shops, pharmacies, lots of cafes, you can easily walk to the sea.
