The manager behaved rudely. When trying to clarify the price and what to include in it, the manager of this bureau answered extremely unprofessionally, dodged questions and insulted, talking about my illiteracy and pointing out the wrongness of my personal life! After that, how can you entrust the translation of official documents to a company that does not even know how to behave with dignity? The attitude towards customers is just terrible. I do NOT recommend going there!! It's more expensive for yourself, it's better to save your nerves))
