The store itself is good, but the seller's attitude towards the buyer leaves much to be desired. Constantly sniffing "what's more expensive," and if you refuse, it's accompanied by judgmental looks and phrases. I'm not talking about judging another customer behind his back when he refused to buy a product because of the cost.... Please reconsider your behavior. There are no questions about the rest, there is always a good assortment, everything is available and a large selection

I put one star, I went into the store today, The consultant girl didn't even move her head, she was in the store for 15 minutes, she didn't even ask what I needed, she could help me choose some kind of care, she didn't care. She left without buying ! And there is no desire to return!

The store is one of the best in hair care counseling, my wife has a problem with hair loss after a COVID.The girl explained in detail which shampoos and ampoules to buy.We are very grateful!!!Ampoules and shampoo helped!
