Aesthetically, the building looks great, I don't know what it looks like from the inside, but I think it's no worse than from the outside. The only thing I know is that there used to be a police unit there, and in 1905 demonstrators were "extinguished" with a machine gun, and a little later the Reiman gymnasium opened there, and after that there was a dormitory in Soviet times, and now the COURT. IN SHORT, NOT A BUILDING, but just a collection of events.
