I brought the raincoat after a lot of small drops of wax got on it, which "penetrated" the threads. After 2 weeks (yes, maybe for a long time), but the raincoat is like from the store. New, clean, ironed, without any marks or stains. For those who primarily care about quality - masthev! Thanks :)

The worst dry cleaning. They handed over a jacket with water stains on the lining. Instead of the stated 7 days, the order was executed for 15 days. And as a result, I received the item in exactly the same condition as when I handed it over. It seems that it has not even been cleaned. I'm sorry for what I have to pay if the service is not provided and there is no result. Moreover, during these 15 days, no one even called and warned that something was wrong. They refused to return the money and took the jacket for "quality control". Having demanded a book of complaints, they gave some kind of A4 sheet. If you do not want to hand over a thing and forget about it for a long time and at the same time get it back with stains, then I do not advise you to this organization. The service is at its fullest.

I handed over shorts contaminated with sauce from Chinese food, i.e. there is both fat and dye, plus I washed the thing before, in an attempt to remove the stain on my own, which only aggravated the situation. But this dry cleaner returned them in perfect condition!! Just like new. We gave everything away on hangers and in cellophane cases, it's nice) In general, I highly recommend it!

I gave my fur coat to be cleaned. They cleaned it well, there are no questions. There was some disagreement in the process, the administrator called, started raising her voice at me, shouting, interrupting. In general, this is the first time I have come across such tactlessness and such a rude attitude towards me as a client. I'm not coming here anymore.

Отдала куртку однотонного цвета вернули после химчистки, как хорошо поношенные джинсы с потёртости по всей куртке, изделие на прочь испорчено, их юрист сослался на то что приёмник указал степень износа 80%, хотя с таким износом вещи в химчистку не несут. Будем добиваться спроведливости. Советую очень внимательно смотреть, что пишут приёмщики при приеме изделий, их юристу ни какого дела до того, что сын остался без зимней куртки в самый разгор зимы.

Сдавала в химчистку сумку, которую по хорошему надо было уже выкинуть. Если честно, то особых надежд не питала, т.к. предварительно сама уже постирала ее в стиральной машине. Однако, забрав сумку из химчистки, была очень удивлена. Сумка снова имела презентабельный вид, а главное правильную форму. Спасибо специалистам C&D.

Сдавала в химчистку платье , очень - очень важно было, чтобы химчистку произвели определенно в срок и конечно же отстирали пятно от вина. Справились на 100%. Спасибо. Рекомендую

Хорошая химчистка. Отдавала туда пальто, аккуратно обработали, убрали даже мелкие пятна и катышки. Рекомедую 👌
