I was shocked to encounter a man in the restroom!
I believe this happened on the 3rd or 4th floor, where there is only one restroom available on that level. It’s highly unacceptable to step out of a stall and find a male washing his hands, especially in such a tight space!
On a lower floor (possibly the 2nd), there are separate restrooms for males and females. Additionally, I noticed that the prayer room is only available for males. Fortunately, the administrator kindly arranged a room for us females to pray, which I appreciated.

A cool space to work in. We rented a gym for 16 people there. Everything fit, clean and fresh, the staff is attentive, the equipment is modern.

Convenient coworking! It was quiet and I could concentrate on my work. There is a good cafe nearby if you want to have a snack.
C-Space itself provides water, tea and coffee. However, the cups were dirty, so I recommend taking drinks with you.
Also, the coworking turned out to be surprisingly cramped. If you step away for a minute to answer the phone when you return, you need to be ready to fight for your place.
Overall, the place is good, I recommend it!

A separate respect for the convenient zoom rooms with full sound insulation and noise reduction. The truth is that staying in these rooms for more than an hour without opening the door is simply unbearable, and also the terrible light in which you are in constant overexposure to the interlocutors on the screens. The problem with ventilation is also present in the general meeting rooms. And of course, the presence of a super-convenient and comfortable cafe nearby, with good cuisine and affordable prices, is a great advantage!
